Reliance Communications — Unwanted Activation of services And Deduction Of Balance | |||
Dear Sir/Madam, I am Reliance Prepaid Customer & using the Reliance Network from more than 3 Years. As Rs. 30 has been deducted without any activation request by me. I received the following message from 56785 “Dear subscriber your subscription to Mi Feeling service has been renewed on 000007-Aug-11 for Rs. 30 for 30 days. To unsubscribe SMS Unsub 2229 to 155223(Toll free). ” Even I requested for Un-subscription there was no response from the other side. I have never activated any such service. So, I request to you please refund my balance and de-activated this service. My Number Is [protected] Please do the needful at earliest. I got a Call from the Reliance Customer Care.
And they said that the above Problem will be rectified.
I got my refund back and also a confirmation message saying that the My feelings service is deactivated.
But again yesterday i got a message from RM-MIVAS saying..
''Dear subscriber your subscription to Mi Feeling service has been renewed on 000007-Aug-11 for Rs. 30 for 30 days. To unsubscribe SMS Unsub 2229 to 155223(Toll free)''
Now this is the limit.
Either You deactivate the service immediately.
OR
Just Deactivate my Number.
