Dear Sir/Madam,

Its really pathetic service and response of reliance customer care.

I have a post paid coneection of Reliance communication Mobile no 9018808854 in the name of Pramjit Singh.On 24.02.2012 i have given a request to change my plan from 100 monthly rental (3G) to 99 monthly rental Plan.Same was confirmed by SMS.However my plan change into default plan and realice was chage approax Rs 600 for internet usage between 23.03.2012 to 01.04.2012.

I am in follow up Last 20 days through mail and Phone,But I never got any revert or good response on the same. They will only provide the complaint no.

Billing Dispute - Reliance Communication Ltd

My complain has been registered under service no-107341336 from last one month even after several reminder they are not responding with solution only reply the mail by writing that we are in process of solving the problem.

My phone no is 07932952295 in name of my real brother Saurabh Maheshwari.at Ahmedabad.

Please do something to resolve the chapter at the earliest.

I have purchased a postpaid at Rs.2000 from the a distributor of ALLAHABAD. Now he want to return his no. and he locked my no. by--09335747754 with the help of *359..in this office the unauthorised outsiders access the I--CARE. so i want to take action the back office... so plz do needfull

Dear sir/ madam,

My account number with reliance communication is: 2344888934. My data card number(i.e. reliance phone no.) is :9350929349. Last bill paid by me was for the period from 05-07-2009 to 04-08-2009 of rs.572. due date of the bill was 22-08-2009 and was deposited on due date itself. I got my connection terminated on 01-08-2009. Case id: 105773025. Aa all your billing and service systems are computerized, my connection should be terminated on same day. Still on my acknowledgement slip of service termination, your representative have written within 15 days. After this a new bill for the period from 05-08-2009 to 04-09-2009 have been raised. Even if took complete 15 days to terminate my connection,then also i am liable for bill of 10 days only i.e. from 05-08-2009 to 15-08-2009. Once your representative visited me and I cleared my situation. Now I am again getting calls from reliance head office for payment of bill.

I request you to stop harassing your customers and send me a NO DUES LETTER ASAP.
