My Mobile no is [protected] I have been provided with a offer that recharge with Rs.56 and you will get Rs.65 as a promo balance.I am using this number in roaming for about 6 months I am not able to use this balance in roaming the offer didn't mention that the promo balance is applicable in roaming. The incomplete information about the offer is the problem of the Reliance not of the customer who is availing the service. I need my balance right into my account back as soon as possible. Next thing I want to point out is that in every 3-4 days my balance is deducted due to some "VAS" service activated in my account without my intervention && when i ask for it the reply is that you have not activated any service. I am fed up with all this non- sense please i don't want anything just refund my money right back into my account as main balance not as promo balance. Was this information helpful? | |||
