I Have Activate Reliance Caller Tune Service On 4 April 2010
At 9:05 AM Via SMS (CT CTCode To 51234)
And after that I Have Recive One Confomation SMS.
and 5 april 2010 My bal Debit Aprox Rs.40/-
And 6 april 2010 2nd time My Rs.10/- Debit
And After that I Call Reliance Customer Care
And tell My problem 5times Rais SR.
But I Have No Recive Proper Resolution And
11 April 2010 At 12:15 PM Rs.10/- 3rd times Debit
But Still Caller Tune Service Not Play till Today.
Pls Activate My Caller Tune Other Wise Give Me Refund.

Reliance Communication/Mobile — non refund of adv. rental

i was a post paid custmore of r com bearing mobile no [protected].fore month before i convert it to pre paid with diposite of all due amount.at that time they dont adjusted my advance rental of Rs280/-.they told me that it will refund you.but till now i am not received the same.i also lunch complain to the custmore care & also to applilate authority.my complain no is[protected].but i thig responding me properly.

I am having a tough time with customer service fo Reliance. We are having a landline 32507779 in the name of my husband Prabir Koner. They are calling like mad even before the due date of bill payment but when we complain about the handset, they are least bothered. For last one month our handset is not workng and we have complained 15-20 times but no response from their side. Please do something.

[protected] Res.address P.no. 13 Koyla nagar Kanpur -208011 without my permission there is a call from your company no.[protected] I accepted the call at 17hrs.20 mins and 9 sec on 15.07.10 and recieves no voice and disconnected the call at 17hrs 20mins and 21 sec total call duration was 12 seconds only at around 20.30 hrs 57 Rs has been deducted from my account when i lodge a complaint in your cusotmer care cell Mr. Shahnawaz Akbar has told me that it has been deducted as you have subscribed for super saver pack of reliance while I dont know what is your super saver pack when I asked him about some other no. where I lodge the complaint he misbehaved me and tell me his name thrice saying I cant do anything.

Sir, I request you that pls look into the matter, and if it is possible that I can understand your system generated plan within 12 seconds and accepts the plan then go ahead otherwise pls refund my hard earned money.

smart service provider they are unnecessary charging 30 rupees for additional charges like hello tunes etc

i fully agree with the complainants. I AM TRYING MY BEST TO DEACTIVATE lovetips but failed in my attempt as when i dial 53030863 i am asked to press 1 or 2 and told about various other services other than deactivating lovetips. please stop sending lovetip sms and also stop unauthorised dedution of subsn from my acount[protected][protected]

Reliance CDMA — Removed my PLAN without informed to me

I recharged 599 Plan ( Reliance to Reliance free ) & 30 min free per days to other network on 5th August also rechaged rs 20. topup .

13th August they Terminated my services without informed me .
I complained same things ,then they Activate my service on 19th august at 11.15pm .

But Am unable to call any one . When contact Reliance office in NAGANLLUR and Customer care they told ->My 599 Plan was deactivated .

Aslo they told It will activate within 2 days .

Still now they do't activate this PLAN .

Reliance is very bad on customer related things . they do't clear to customer for his doubt or any issue happen .

Please take care this issue ..

Please try to resolve this issue ASAP .

As i was using Reliance no(cdma) since last 2 years but from last 3 months it was not in use.it is life time connection so i want to use it again but after inserting this sim card in mobile it is not properly working and showing on display"RUIM card absent" so plz. suggest me for it's activation.

Further ur customer care executive is not handling query and complaints in proper manner which is resulting to non awareness about ur products and services.
