Dear Reliance team,

This is to inform you that I am purchased one Reliance cdma SIM. Mobile no is [protected]. my connection is still is not activated.

Id proof, address proof already submitted. Past 3 days informed to reliance customer care but still no revert.

Kindly confirm when it will be activate?

My reliance no is [protected]. From 18 nov 2010 no any one reliance user can connect my no. when they want to contact me they get some message on his mobile. Message are like this- Beep sound, Network not available, Mobile is switched off & Temporarily out off services. I have register compliant at 19 nov 2010.They have not taken any action regarding my problem. Then I have again complaint register on 20 nov 2010. But at this time they are not taken any action. This is very hectic for me. I am using reliance from last 6 years. But at that time i am very frosted because there are no any solution taken by your side. If you not able to solve my problem tell me clearly . I will leave reliance and take another connection.
i am a prepaid customer of IDEA for the around 3 years.Recently daily
20 Rs. were deducted from my account and subsequently the next day again the same thing happened.I called up the customer care service to know what the hell was going on.The customer care exec. told me that a internet plan named NET20 has been activated on your account.



As a loyal customer of IDEA cellular I want to know what kind of customer redressal mechanism do IDEA have and is IDEA trying to diminish its brand image that it has created over a period of time by going for unethical practices.

I have worked withh reliance telecom in hp for 3years and left it on 31st march 2009.
Since then i am communicating to all hr employee through mail or by phone
(Kunal and priyanka) no one is really interested to close it.
In such a professional organisation why such behaviour i could not understand.

my mobile no.[protected].my balance Rs52 has been deducted without my permission.on 27/12/2010.after that i called C.care he said you have took the service yourself by pressing the buton.but when i have not took the full call, how can it be possible.it means if we take a call and listen who is calling, for that also u cut the balance.after all when i ask the c.care from which number my balance has been deducted he said at this moment i didn't have data please call after half an hour, when i called again, he said call after an hour.then again on calling he said he didn't have data and some balance has been deducted without ur's permission it will be refund back.then again when i called in the morning he says we don't have these type data & we can't help u. when u didn't have these why u told me to call again & again.I attended 3 call on 27/12/2010 & all call were from reliance then why u r not able to tell me why my balance deduted.from ur side it seems that we didn't know how to operate our mobile & we r calling u to balming.before also u deducted my Rs30 on the name of rel.radio that was also without my permission.for that also i complaint but nothing happened .but this u have cross the limit, means taking money without permission & balming me for that, this time i want my money back.u can check the call that r come from ur side -[protected] at 05:09 PM not attended, [protected] at 05:11 PM attended for 37 seconds [protected] at 06:18PM attended for 04 seconds.please take some steps towards this issue.otherwise these companies will do torcture to us.

Reliance — activation of service, without informing customer

Dear Sir,

This is Umang Shukla, I am containing a reliance mobile number.
Two weeks back, I received a call from reliance, and they forcefully activated a service and charged 30 Rs from my account.

I called back on that number but, I was getting a msg that, it’s a wrong number and call cannot be completed.
I tried to call 198 which is a number to log complaint, but it was also not reachable for next 3-4 days, finally I got a chance to speak to a customer care executive and he told me that I should call within 3 days if service activation, then only they will give me my money back.
He also told me that, this was the error of reliance, not mine.

So can somebody please help me that how can I log a complaint against reliance communication, I have recorded call, which I had with that customer care executive

Reliance Telecom CDMA — Do Not Register complaint in Reliance customer care

Dear SIr,
I have Reliance cdma connection and that no is [protected] .Before 6 months They activit some service on my cell.but I didnot activi any service and they reduce balance from my cell. and Then when I complain in customer care. then they activit do not disturb schema.

But From Jan 2011 again caller tones are come to my cell and They start new service on my cell.but this time also I not activt any service and they reduce balance from my account.

WHen I complain in customer care they not write complain. and cut phone when I talk to them.
and They do not Refund my money.
I try too many times. But they do not give any response to me.
Kindly help me.

Reliance Communications — Activating some plan without my consent

Dear Sir,

I am a student studying in National Institute of Technology Karnataka. I have a Reliance GSM connection with cell no - [protected]. I had a balance of around Rs. 37 when I had checked my balance last at around
7 p.m. on 17th March, 2011. After sometime when I checked my balance it showed a balance of Rs. -2.68.
I was shocked and so called up the customer care for assistance. He told me that I had activated some plan which cost me Rs. 30. However I didn't activate any such plan. Also they had activated another plan as per their wish without my consent which cost Rs. 10. The customer care fellow told me that he will refund Rs. 10 to my account.
It had happened to me once earlier as well. Please take appropriate action against this.

My name is Ruchir Agrawal and i am a user of reliance GSM service. a few days before my balance was deducted i thought it was due to my my use. but again the balance was deducted. i asked the customer officer, he told me that i have started a service through the service of R world and told me that he is deactivating this service. again on 11th april, my balance was deducted. he answered me that i had activated this service through the phone call reply. but i haven't ever use R-world and not even reply to the calls from the company.
so please help me by taking an appropriate step.
i will be waiting for your soon reply. and i came on this site in the seek of justice with e, and i think that i am not wrong. so kindly help me.

Dear sir:

I am Muniraj working in ProSIM R&D Pvt. Ltd. Bangalore I have using my office CDMA data, card No is [protected].Basically as per my plane my bill wants to come Rs300-400 only but i got last month bill is2300 something pls can you share to my email: [protected]@pro-sim.com why it was come this much ammount with detailed.
I am not sure about the reason why it should be so much but please find out and ensure the facility provided is used optimally.
i have a reliance CDMA connection for the last 5 years but it is disgusting to write such complaint for reliance.I have recharged my reliance CDMA connection on a lifetime scheme, but i hardly operate my mobile. i often keep it switched off.The balance of my account was Rs.1476 on Dec'10.But when i switched on my mobile on May'11, the balance is Rs.437.So when asked your customercare they told me that i have activated certain value added services but how it is possible, if a phone is switched off, then how??? Is this is the way reliance takes money from his customers, so now i doubt on the integrity of reliance.I will highly appreciate if this complaint could be taken to certain higher level in your company to resolve this issue.Really DISGUSTING & HORRIBLE...
