I have Purchased GSM No.[protected], the no is not still activated the sim is showing ERROR 40'H, ME. I have contacted the Customer Care & Web World from where i purchased but there is no satisfactory response. Please Help Me Out.

My reliance gsm no. Is [protected] .but after put it in mobolile i found 44'hme error and showing no service so plz solve my problem.and cc is not replying and sim is activated.

I am PORT in date 22/01/2011 BSNL to Reliance GSM No.[protected], the no is not still activated the sim is showing ERROR 40'H, ME. I am unable to making incoming or outgoing calls. I have contacted the retailer & Local Customer Care i purchased but there is no satisfactory response. Please Help Me Out.

Samsung — error 40'H.ME

i m using samsung mobile handset no s3310 .and using card reliance card when call recieved after that mobile will swich off automatically.i dont know how to remove this problem.pl give me some advice for solving this problem.

I am customer of Reliance Communication since long time. One month ago I have ported my Tata Indicom number to Reliance to get better service at low cost.But my decision has become a great mistake for me.

Reliance — 3g sim problem

recently i got a new 3G sim no [protected] on 30 jun but till date i am not able to connect to internet,i have made a lot of complaints to the customer care, even i have visited to the head office and the service point,but i am realy dejected that they have not been able to solve the issue.

Reliance GSM — not a satisfactory response to the problem

i am using reliance gsm since a long time.my reliance no. is [protected].in response to my earlier complaint i got a call from reliance communication.he asked me about my problem.i told the whole incident and request him to stop the service and refund my amount which was near about rs 100/-.instead listening my request the representative behaved rudely to me.he said whether u want rs 18/- or not.but i again requested that the money was near about rs 100/- but he didn't hear me.although rs 18/- is refunded to me and the service is stopped by them but i am not satisfied with solution.i want my full amount refunded.customer care of my number is also not working.plz provide me the solution of my problem.

Only complaints and no solution here. You people better change to better phone company, keeping same old number from reliance.

I have used POWER OF MNP, to take my old RELIANCE NUMBERS to VODAFONE and TATA DOCOMO. Only one is remaining now.

Talking with Reliance Customer Care is like banging your head on wall with no solution. Better kick on its with MNP
Forgot to mentione in previous post... I have been having same issue with my RGSM, since I got the sim. It was erroneously working in different phones. Once it registers in network and after few hours it fails to register with 44'H Error. They told me it is 3G compatible and it worked for 3 days in March 2011 and after that I never got 3G working on different devices, though I am tough technical person.

Complained at RWW many a times, changed 3 SIMS in 6 months for same reason. In fact right now my last important reliance number is in front of me in iPhone4 and its showing same error. Today 15-9-11, went to MTNL and applied for MNP for this number which is my last reliance number. MTNL is not so good but chose this specifically for a particular reason. Anyways

Morale of the story... YOU HAVE POWER OF MNP NOW. USE IT. MAY MNP BE WITH YOU.

RUN AWAY FROM RELIANCE AS SOON AS POSSIBLE AND GET RID OF ITS PATHETIC CUSTOMER CARE.
Reliance having the poor network network, I have Reliance GSM sim but facing few days the problem of 44'H Me Error, custmer care having no detail for this error.whenever i contact to coustomer care they suggest to me contact nearest your webworld or any authorised reliance store.
I visited to my nearest authorised Reliance Store facing the my problem.

Please solve my problem immediately
On 15 Sep 2011, I applied for MNP my last Relince No to be ported to MTNL, and waited waited waited. Finally on 15 day the Reliance SIM stopped working and the same number started working on MTNL and VOILA...the 3G is fastest, the service is superior and charges are standard.

Generally when you apply for MNP the mobile company calls you for reason, here Reliance does not care for its customers too. I call this arrogant behaviour. Then you get SMS from Porting Department and Mobile Company about the day on which the porting is planned. But I never got call or sms for the same. Anyways I dont care and now I am FREE OF RELIANCE TYRANNY.

THANK GOD, MNP GOT SUCCESSFUL. MANY PEOPLE ARE STILL GETTING PROBLEMS TO TAKE THIER NUMBERS OUT OF RELIANCE.

Morale of the story: DISCARD THIS COMPANY AND ITS PATHETIC CUSTOMER CARE, WHICH IS THOUSAND TIMES WORST THAN EVEN GOVT COMPANIES, AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.

I HAD LIFE TIME CDMA [protected] AFTER PORT SINCE LONG 44'H, ME error. I cant install application on my mobile because of that.

i have port in reliance from 10/12/2012 n/w but still is not active...pls help me...
I have purchased REliance 3G modem with 3G SIM card but I have the same problem in connecting due to 40'H, ME ERROR. Even after contacting the customer care the issue could not be solved.If any one knows the solution please help.If i use Voda 2G SIM it asked to unlock with PIN code but no such information could be avail from Reliance. What the heck. Pls help if anyone know the solution at [protected]@gmail.com.
