[Resolved]  Reliance Communications — Online complaint

I had purchased a mobile from Reliance Communications(Sector-4, Vaishali Ghaziabad. Tel[protected] on 14th march'09 of Classic Mobiles company with RSN no RL0HSC[protected] with a warranty for one year. After two months it got problem with its speaker. When I contacted to same Reliance communication center I was told to go to the Classic Mobiles service center at Preet Vihar( New Delhi- Tel[protected] At Classic mobile center I was told that the date of warranty was already expired on feb'09 & the RelCom had sold you the out of warranty mobile to you and nothing can be done to it. Now I am facing much of loss without the moblie. Nobody is taking the responsibility of the fraud. I want the problem to be solved at the earliest. Request you to do the needful.

Dear reliance customer care aaj Maine 177 ka recharge karwaya jisme mujhe 600 mb miley jab ki mujhe 1 GB milna chahiye tha +unlimited fb+what's + tw.ye Maine rerecharge jaadoo recharge ke behalf PR karwaya hai.mera mobile no hai [protected]

1. Reliance company india ki sabse badi fraud aur harami company hai. Mujhe aisa nahi likhna chahiye magar likna per raha hai.
Mujhe jhoot bolker galat tarike se mera airtel ka conction port kerwaya. Fir pichle 15 dino se out of service ker diya. Shame for this company.

2. Maine samsung ka led reliance degital faridabad
Se purches kiya. Extended warrenty ke nam per 3500 rs le liye. Mera led dec 2014 se kharab hai. 25 times maine call centre me phone kiya. 10 times show room me gaya. Aaj tak kuch nahi hua.

Itne kamini company maine aaj tak nahi dekhi hai.

In kutto se business samhali paa raha hai. Inka kam hai logo ko chutia banana. Wo ye bahut ache se ker rahe hau.

Aap sabhi grahak se nivedan hai ki inka product lene se pehle 1000 bar soche.

Agar mai kahi in kutto ka complane ker saku to pls mujhe batae.

Then also reliance debit my balance.
How it is possible.
This is a cheating company.

Sub: (Fed up with very poor and substandard service from Relance In spite Of  Innumerable Complaints to customer care)


This is to bring to your kind notice the problem I have been facing of very
poor 3G signal at all for the past six month. I have lost count of the
number of complaints made to the customer care and the number of visits paid to
the office.
 Every time I make a call to the customer care but same answer our
technical person will visit your area and contact with you still nobody come
here. Although the tower is 400 mtr from here but we cant use 3G Net .This place is near to IT hub.and heart of the capital also.i came to know in our area somany peopels are same problem.

I am fed up with this attitude of your personnel which reeks of the treatment
meted out by the British to the Indians during the British Raj as all deaf ears
have been turned towards my plight. I never expected this kind of shabby
treatment to a consumer from a such a big company that prides itself in providing
the best service without any discrimination on the basis of Class/ Economic
status Etc.
I look forward to a quick response from your side failing which I shall be
constrained to change my connection and painfully end my long association with 
Relance as a consumer.

Pathetic is the word which describes reliance lucknow team accurately . I gave the money on 9 th of april 2015 and have still not got the connection . I called atleast 100 times the customer care and went upto 10 times to their office . Reliance It does not suits you to do this .. i am now regretting my decision to shift from Airtel . I would not recommend It to anyone .

i have recharged my mobile number with 197 (3G pack) on 17th april 2015 at 19:05 and i've got only validity but i didn't got any amount of data(MB) or any type of benefits.

i also register complaint to customer care(198) by call on 18 april 2015 at 17:58 and my complaint number is[protected].
I am tired by calling customer care and they are not responding properly. So please help me out from this trouble.

This is Ashvath from Bangalore i have a complaint against your telecom dept. we have [protected], [protected], [protected] nos we for porting cdma to gsm on dec - 28th - 2014 after jan 6th we clear all payment but didnot responding anyone and give complaint against Mattikere outlet mr.hussian he didnot responding but today some one lady called me i give you complaint in police station like that check out that number paid list and call list no out going and no incoming this is not fair such a big company you are. please request to tern sim from cdma to gsm and i will pay.

I am Reliance net connect customer for more than 6 yrs. My Reliance net connect no is [protected]. Had an call with Customer care to close my connection last month. They suggested an offer of 1GB unlimited net connection for Rs199/- including all charges and asked me to call on Apr 21st or 22nd. But Now when I call them on 21st or 22nd, they are informing there is no offer like that. Hence I requested for closing my connection on 21st April, but they say that the concerned team is not available (or busy). Tried calling on 22nd April as well and getting same response. Really Frustrated and hang up thinking why I had taken Reliance. Need to get this closed ASAP.

Dear sir,
I recently buy reliance gsm sim mobile nos. [protected] and i got 70 Rs as my main balance & on 22nd April at 10:07 they deduct all my rupees without any msg i called customer care many times they say we can't check right now due to technical problem & say try after 2 hrs. I am Calling regularly whenever they are saying i talk to manish, harish, raghav mittal today is 27 i called again in morning 10 am to madhuri they say that the day when your balance is deducted is 3 days before we can'
So how can i get my balance back
Pleaseee take action against it... As soon as possible
What i think about reliance & what it is... Service are very poor but net speed is good as per price

& just wanted to know about my best plan therefor I maked a call in relaince customer care on 2nd may that guy says recharge with 116 you will get 125 mb data and 100 rs TT I recharged & whatsupp twitter and facebook will be free for one month I recharged it however my whatsupp is not free and i agin called to reliance customer care next day and i explain all the quaris but that guy aboused me over the call. So relaince is very chep compnay and company should take strong desecion angenst that guy if reliance wants customer .

my mobile no. [protected], received a massage for R to R free now 99 to 199/-, after receive this massage call to *222 and request for withdraw this package & change my rental plan 199 to 149/- but billed on 7.4.2015 rs.400+, call centre can not help me and paid bill 25.4.2015 by me.
now 7.5.2015 billed also 404.49 what a joke ? company feel post paid customers all fool ? I feel cheat.
i am post paid customer from start by reliance. its a loyalty gift ?
please withdraw 199+199 for 2 months. i have many options: 1.complaint to trai 2.consumer court 3.mobile portablity
what you can do best for a oldest customer ?

Dear Sir,

We had already submitted the request for port our 5 no. Connection in Reliance Communication, and give Rs. 250/- for each connection. But no respond after one months and No money refunds to us. When we are trying the communicate with them now all number are switch off. Hell this service & request all costumers to no any response to Reliance Communication.

I'm from pune. in my area there is some problem with the reliance network tower
last two years I'm been using reliance hsd card it was giving good service but last 10 days there is no network at all please take action and resolve the problem
