[Resolved]  Reliance Communications — Online complaint

I had purchased a mobile from Reliance Communications(Sector-4, Vaishali Ghaziabad. Tel[protected] on 14th march'09 of Classic Mobiles company with RSN no RL0HSC[protected] with a warranty for one year. After two months it got problem with its speaker. When I contacted to same Reliance communication center I was told to go to the Classic Mobiles service center at Preet Vihar( New Delhi- Tel[protected] At Classic mobile center I was told that the date of warranty was already expired on feb'09 & the RelCom had sold you the out of warranty mobile to you and nothing can be done to it. Now I am facing much of loss without the moblie. Nobody is taking the responsibility of the fraud. I want the problem to be solved at the earliest. Request you to do the needful.

Braoad band connection down

From last 5 days onwards broadband connection is down when ever i call customer care they are telling we will fix as soon as possible but they not giving any time lines this problem i am frequently facing .

Dead phone and no one came up to check

My landline phone is dead since a month . Inspite of so many complaints no one turned up to chck the problem. my landline no is[protected]. We had always npaid the bill on time. And this is the nthird time i m facing this problem.

Reliance Big TV - 400 Signal Lost

I had subscribed a reliance 3G pack but it gives me speed of 2G when I called Reliance Care ...no one answered...every time I called computer anserwed me "is samay hamare sabhi adhikari vyast he krpyaa fone chalu rakhen..? What is that reliance... Tell me ...is that type of service u gave to your customers?? ..I'm very disappointed!!!

Yes, Reliance is number one in providing pathetic customer service. DO NOT choose Reliance products. They may look cheaper but you will only get the cheap service worth its cost.

For no reason, my data balance is being deducted and when I call them they are saying that I have consumed the data. On the other hand, I have already raised a complaint for internet connectivity which has been going on for more than 3 weeks. Without connectivity, I have consumed my data. How funny it is?

When I call the customer care and ask them to transfer to higher official, they will make wait for long and cut the call.

SIM REPLACEMENT

My name is amrik singh. I am from kartarpur, jalandhar, punjab. My no. Is [protected]. I have done recharge of 359rs. On 8th of june for 10 gb 3g data. But I got only 2.5 gb. Today I give a call on 198 for my problem. I have talk to 5 customer care exactives for half an hour. At last they put my call on hold n disconnected the call. And after that I tried again to make call but the option is unavailable for customer care executive. I am fed up bu this irresponsible service. Plz solve my problem as soon as possible.
my reliance cdma number ([protected]) has been deactivated, but before i have ported this number to reliance gsm on[protected] and the mini store gave me a new sim but now they are saying that it will cost 120 for new sim .But customer care said that they will give free of cost.

NOTE-Reply me within 24hrs otherwise i will complain in consumer forum.

Hi my suggestion for all people do not any reliance connection use because I got new but one problem always show my data connection always disconnect
I applied for reliance broadband new connection on 11th july here at Nagpur bhosale nagar 440009 but since then no representative call for it and customer care said representative will arrive to you within 38 hours... n today its 16 july

Problem is like yesterday I recharged my Reliance netconnect+ with 499 and I didn't get recharge. Customer care is not reacting to my request, rather than reacting they were disconnecting my call ruthlessly or keeping my call on hold for hours. Please provide the information why I'm not getting recharge or refund my rs.499.
