[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Asking waiver for ECS cheque bounce, though payment done before due date | |
Dear Sir, I am using [protected] connection from more than 1 year, & every time I am paying my bill before due date/ immediately after bill generated. I never came across through ECS linked with my MDN. But I shocked when I suddenly see my bank account gone negative amount of Rs 600. Last three time MDN bill ECS cheque bounce from my account becauc3se of nil balance in account & Rs 200 fine applied by bank on my account every time. My questions is I am regularly paying mobile bill immediately after bill generated, then why Reliance trying to deduct money through ECS from my bank account. If the ECS deduction is compulsory then Reliance should inform customer accordingly. This is totally wrong that ECS deduction even though bill payment done before due date. I am asking waiver of Rs. 600 for such fine charges applied by HDFC bank. Was this information helpful? | |
