hi i have bought reliance hi speed 1x usb modem AC8720, installed its software in my laptop but internet connection is not happening. evry time the message 'user name or password is invalid' is coming out. people of the webworld 4rm where i bought it are not able to help me. pls guide what to do.

I am using Hi- Speed 1x USB Modem AC8720, since i month. but i am sorry to say that i am unable to download any thing as well as save it to my PC. Even checking my Emails has become very hectic job. It takes to long to poen even a single mail received.
Please help me regarding this. Our local dealer is least bothered about it. The local dealer even didn't guide us while purchasing the above modem.
