[Resolved]  Reliance Communications — rechaarge voucher damaged

have purchased Two RIM prepaid voucher sr. no. [protected] & [protected] denominated amt Rs 205 /- for my brother for monthly refill but while scratching no has missed out kindly help me as i visited two time for this two prepaid voucher to our web world lokhanwala branch andher (w). They have confirmed that voucher is "Active" not yet used but they could not help me due to following reason:

1. Last weekthey told me their network is busy .

2. Yesterday again i visited to their branch now they told me they do not have access to give correct no.
