I am a customer of Reliance Mobile. I have activated DND 2 months back, but still i recieve calls from reliance for offers n all. I don't know what should i do now. Its disturbing me a lot.

with utmost grief to see your services in Chennai, I would like to say that the relaince personnel in Chennai are paining me a lot . I have already given sufficient proof of my college ID card.Even then my outgoing services are barred from time to time.The retailer in Tharamani is also responsible for this. He has his own interests. And they are doing this intentionally . I don't want to knock the doors of customer forum only if the problem is solved. as soon as possible. If the higher authorities are listening to this, please take action against your fellow people and reactivate my number as soon as possible.

I call to customer care about stop incoming unllimted reliance message they tell me to
message to reliance no 1909 ( START DND )and after 45 days message will be stop I do as on 19.07.2009 and received revert from1909 no defalut configured but message not stop today I recall

I AM VERY DISSATISFIED WITH THE RELIANCE SERVICES RENDERED TO ME SO FAR. I MADE THE BIGGEST MISTAKE OF PURCHASING A RELIANCE CDMA SIM. MY PRE-PAID MOBILE NO. IS [protected]. I GOT THIS NUMBER IN-BUILT ON MY HANDSET AFTER PAYING THE REQUIRED AMOUNT FOR IT AND THAT TOO FROM RELIANCE WEB WORLD AT TULSI- HAZRATGANJ, LUCKNOW, UP. MY OUTGOING ASWELL AS INCOMING SERVICES HAVE BEEN BARED ON ACCOUNT OF NON-SUBMISSION OF IDENTIFICATION DOCUMENTS AND PHOTO, INSPITE OF THE FACT THAT I HAVE ALREADY SUBMITTED MY REQUIRED DOCUMENTS TWICE AT THE RELIANCE WEB WORLD AT TULSI-HAZRATGANJ.
