Sir,
I had my new Relaince gsm connection last year with the mobile number [protected] which costed me around 20 Rs. and balance of 20 was also given and some call cutter was also applicable . I didnt used the connection for some months and when i started to use it some 7 days before, what i see is that my balance is (-4.89). Now what should i do ..

Please tell me as soon as possible .

Sir, my name is Deepak Kumar and my mobile number is +91-[protected]. My complain is that is few days some amount of money has been deducted by the reliance and on asking the reason from the customer care they say that it has been deducted due to activation of some services which i have never activated from me. They are deducting the money regularly and they also don't respond properly.

So, please help me, its an kinsd request from me.

EVEN AFTER SO MANY REMINDERS EACH TIME WE RECHARGE OUR A/C THE NEXT DAY MONEY IS DEDUCTED AND WHEN WE TALK AT CUSTOMER CARE THEY MENTION ONE OR THE OTHER SERVICES AS ADDED.

THIS IS REALLY VERY BAD FROM POINT OF VIEW OF RELIANCE.YOU CANNOT EARN OF RUN YOUR COMPANY BY MEANS OF CHEATING.

MY MOBILE NO:[protected] WHICH WAS RECHARGED 2 DAYS BACK AND TODAY AMT OF RS 30/- HAS BEEN DEDUCTED FOR CALLER TINE WHEREAS WE HAVE NEVER APPLIED FOR THE SAME.THIS IS REALLY A SHAME .IF THIS WILL CONTINUE WE WILL SWITCH OVER TO OTHER USER.

on 23 june my balance was debited with Rs. 30 (from the no. [protected]) and when i called customer care they told me that this is charged for activating some monthly pack, this was wrong but they were not ready to hear. this kind of thing happens second time in this month, last time they accepted their mistake and returned my balance by crediting balance by Rs 30 but when this happened second time they are not taking their liability.what should i do now...

Tomorrow on 05/05/2013 I had
about 45 rs. in my main acc.
balance... :)
Then I activated rs. 5 data pack at
11.30 PM...Then I again activated rs.
5 data pack at 12.04 AM... :)
Now when I checked my main acc.
bal. today at the morning I was
shocked !
My bal. was ZERO.
That means my whole main acc. bal.
was deducted by "Reliance GSM" for
"Unknown Reason" :'(
Please Resolve my problem Soon and
Refund !... :(
And please please "Try to avoid call
this No." for some reasons i reject
unknown numbers...
I hope u will Refund... :)
