i wnat to know the number of missed call [protected]. if is it possible to visit this number on any website? plz tell me the website which shows the directory of reliance mobile number.

In September, Octomber & November Bill Have No problems in bill and u give me Reverse sms Charges but in December Bill u charge the Sms Usage. U taken 276 Rs. Extra on december month bill. Internation Sms Charge u can take it.but u charged sms charges i dont pay. I All Ready Compaliant on your *222 but your executive have no answer against my complain and i do complain in your reliance mobile showroom and they give me request no. and told me our executive contact you in 48 hours but our problem is still there, no any executive assiste me or call me. i booked compalin on 22 January, 2009 I Booked this compalin again and my Request No. is 86597146. There is no reply from your side this not fair. This is Very Poor Service against compalin. no body can listen or u have no good customer care service. U only care about taking bill payment when i dont pay your bill or due date is come from your side lots of phone calls come this is very fast service from your side.Please listen my complain and solve the my query and reverse me 276 Rs. Extra Sms Charges waiting for your reply.

Reliance Mobile prepaid connection — Network Problem

I am unsatisfied from your network

and on the both connection i have a complaint for its network both the mobiles are in my hand and showing full signal but when calling still saying that the no. you trying to reach is not reachable..
i m so much disturb from ur this facilities.

please solve this problem as early as possible because my msgs were also not woring in this period...

Reliance Mobile — reduse the validity period

i was recharge 490 plan on 26th jan-09 at 4:30 PM as per plan the validity is one month i.e. upto 25th Feb-09 but today i.e. on 17th feb-09 this plan is close automatically so i lost approximate 300/- Rs.

Reliance Fixed line prepaid phone — Deactivation

Dear Concern
I had a Reliance Fixed line prepaid phone which is lifetime.
But now it is deactivated.I concern with Reliance web word, but they are unable to activate the same instantly.they told it will be activated within 2 days.
Is it possible to make login for our phone on the reliance website to view the current status of our cell/phone?

i am a reliance user with no [protected], i took a promotional pack with lg rd 9800 handset, in which i got 18 months free rim to rim calling. but few days when i called on a reliance no my balance was deducted, reason being due to reasons which the reliance people cannot explain.
so then no compensation was given for this stupidity, and nor was my balance refunded.
tried complaining, on customer care, but that proved to be of no help.

i am thinking to file a complaint in Consumer Court, as i am left with no other option.!

COMPLAINT

E RECHARGE NOT DONE ON
RELIANCE MOBILE PHONE NO: [protected]

1. It is intimated that Rs 200 was paid to Majumdar Telecom (recharge phone no. [protected]) to recharge Reliance Mobile no. [protected] (belonging to my father Lt Col RN Unnithan (retd)) on 11 Feb 09. However, it was seen that the phone was NOT recharged with the said amount.

2. On enquiry, Majumdar Telecom said that e recharge for the said amount of Rs 200 has been done on the above mentioned mobile number and the amount is deducted from his account. He suggested contacting *333 for details.

3. Since the phone was actually not recharged, Complaint No 89298906 on date 17 Feb 09 was lodged with Reliance Customer Care on *333. They intimated officially through SMS that the phone has NOT been recharged for Rs 200.

4. It is requested that the matter be kindly investigated as there is presently a loss of Rs 200 to my family and nobody is taking responsibility for it.

have taken prepaid connection of reliance for lifetime validty and submitted the required Documents, after verification my onnection got activated, I was working fine for someday but without intimating reliance had barred my outgoing. when i ask the reason for intrupting the service. i came to know that i need to submit the document.when my verification is had become complited by communication from lucknow reigon and also i gived my all information for same. after that them pepole saying to me for again subite new document. Mobile is the important mode of communication as of today but without intimating the user, how they can intrupt the service although i had paid in advance to them. when i request there customer service to restore my outgoing faility they are not agrred on it and teaching me.
Sir i am not happy from reliance telecome.

From 1st April my prepaid No [protected] is not working. I am not able to make & receive any calls, when I went to rel web world they told that my connection is suspended with out any reason, please contact customer care. I lodged a complaint to customer care &lodged the complaint & they told that my no will start working in 6 hours, but after 6 hours when there was no response Again called customer care they asked to wait for 48 hours, but when I argued he put me on hold for half an hour & then disconnected the line.

Dear sir my mobile no is [protected], and i had recharged on 11 April of 490, for which i got 2000 minitues free R2R, request you to please confirm the remaning time for the same.
