Relaince Mobile CDMA Prepaid — activation of promotional packs and services automatically

My father uses my cell and he does not know anything apart from receiving and making call.
From last few days i am getin cricket updates and rs. are deducted automatically.i am being told to dial 51234863 to deactivate it and when i call it say u have not subscribed only which is correct. Thn y am i getin messages.
Also sum funpack and shayari pack got activated widout sending any sms.when i caled customer care they tell me that they wil give refund but how many times shud i check that r there any packs being activated automatically.??

my mobile no.[protected].first i have - balance .when i compliant, i knew that u activate any music pack.so cancel led that pack. when i again recharge Rs.50, there is automatically my balance comes minus.please cancelled my all plan and give my all balance back.and mail me full detail

no network in pune aundh road for last 5 months .reliance always says full network coverage...but unable to make calls.plz solve this problem

sir i m vyas from india i got the msg that my mobile has won 1, 000, 000, 00 GBP IN THE 09 LOOMIS FIN INT MOBILE DRAW...Kindly please tell me about this... but plz tell how i got the prize and I HAVE BEEN TOLD TO CONTACT...

I use reliance classic phone.
I have got two of these. I purchased them in January 2009 in surendranagar district.
Both of them got a problem in just 6 months. It has a warranty of 12 months.
I visited the service center at Ahmedabad, as there is no service center in our town.
There I got to know that these service centers are no more functional (it has been shifted).
Then I visited another shop (to where shop has shifted) which service center person told me to. But the person there told me that he is not an authorized dealer of reliance classic phones. I still have those bills. Finally I visited the website where I saw names of the shop I had visited and whose service center had been shifted.
I have two requests for reliance.
1. They should update their data (information).
2. I want reliance to replace my headset with new ones OR provide proper service center for classic phones.
