my mbole no [protected]. yesterday i have 20 rs in balance. but my balance deducted and today mybalance is rs -11 rs. without any outgoing call. please send me a details of 12/7/o9 to 13/7/09.it ie deficult for me.this is 2nd time.

dear sir, my name is jeet from kanpur city, U.P.india, I have a airtel mobile, and its number is [protected], i have a complain that you are cutting my balance more then as your tarrif, , mostly i call out of india, my friends are in GUYANA(south america) and call there..your custmor care people are uneducated and did not have mannres and how to talk..i ask whats ISD rate and they make excuse and some time say its Rs.3.50/min, then say its 7.50/min.andsaid its 9.50/min..they did not know any thing..i call my friend on his mobile like always by my new airtel mobile and i have 39rupees ISd traffic voucher also on my phone..on 15july i call my friend in Guyana(S.America) nd call just for 1.50secound but they cut 45rupees from my cradit and they did same on 14july when i call just 1minute and they cut 15rupees just for 1 minute..when i call 121 custumear care number that make excuse also and lying that i am calling on landline number so they are charging 15rupees per min..i know well and proov that i am calling on froiend's mobile mumber but they are not taking any action..please help me and tell me how i can go in consumer form against this company from kanpur//

I agree, there is no way of checking monthly balance remaining if you are on the highest
"unlimited" 1099 rupee plan.

Firstly it is not an unlimited plan, your average monthly internet time will be about 25 days before "Shutdown" which comes without warning.

You do not even get a complimentary SMS saying "Balance Low"

Reliance best customers are stuck without access & without any notification.

I would be happy to pre-pay for 6 months! Please stop shutting me down! I am a businessman who travels around India, and a monthly shutdown without warning keeps me from doing my online international business.

Most recharge places will not recharge a Pen Drive Recharge number, you have to find a Reliance Office., this is a waste of time

Reliance, you are Time wasters! If you provided this service in UK or USA, you would be bankrupted in a week.

Reliance Mobile — balance details

I lost my reliance mobile phone talk time balance everyday. I want to know reason to cut off my balance?

I am totally agree with this complaint and i already face such type of problem. I have unlimited STD and Roaming plan 995, for this i am paying 995 rs rental, it was fine before 2 months, but certainly i got a call from reliance customer care, that my usage are high and crossing the limits. Then i found that the GSM calls which i have free according to this plan, now starts charging from 18 Aug 09. That is very pathetic and ridiculous thing, as i know no plan post plan can be changed unless and until customer don't want to continue the plan.

Reliance customer care executive are poor and illiterate, they dont know anything i[censored] ask. They have trained to say SORRY for every complaint.

According to my point of view, the reliance communication is FROUD and should be throughout from the TRAI comity.

yes this people provide third class treatment to customers
mainly there some executive like A.SAHU (mumbai) girl not answer properly.
her behavior towards customer complaints are very very rude.
she was not answering properly
on my mobile automatically rang rangila pack activated and 30 Rs. deducted from mail balance . at that time i call to customer care she was not answer properly .and tell to me dont call again again in customer care otherwise your service will be disconneted

this is about the deduction of money from reliance cdma phone without using my mother is having your phone no.[protected] in the name of smt.neelam vyas this is really cheating that the money is deducting without any usage this is really a black spot on adag group plz look into the matter bcoz your customer service is always busy i called nearly 500 times on friday but each time ur customer care is busy looking forward for ur fast actions
