Reliance Mobile /prepaid mobile — week network /bad network

in our area very week network ..
when we talk someone we doen't listen his voice clearly ..and voice cut out ..
and tower of reliance shows 1 point when we talk other wise shows 4 point..
i am really disturbed for this inconvenience..
plz...

I have use a reliance net connect number ([protected])but this time i byre this number the sales man of reliance communication he said to me that i provide a free post paid mobile sim .this time i deny to reliance verification i have no use the post paid mobile connection, (this is the 2..5 months)
but to day[protected] this number one lady call to me that your post paid mobile number bill amount is Rs-286 .i am so angry because i am not use this([protected]) number i gave this number today) .

pls what is the customer service of reliance commutation? i dont know

my mob no is [protected]. on 13.12.2011 i recharged a stv rs 599 underwhich 1800 min is free for std.on 14.12.2011 rim has sent me message that you have already consumed your 1800 mins. how is it possible .can you give me my assessment

I regret the day when i changed my plan from prepaid to post paid. I played a twiddle contest in which I earned 5000 points for which they had to credit my phone with Rs.2000(approximate) talk time the same has not been transfered 3 months have passed. They changed my plan from Rs.199/- to Rs... on their own will without my requesting although I had repeatedly denied activating the facility innumerable of times on their quering whether I wanted to change my plan they still changed the paln inspite of my denial and now they say that is not possible. Although they have deactivated the service but the amount charged in the past two months is not being credited in my bill to which I have all right since I had not made any request to a ctivate the faciity.Thirdly in each month they are charging for various packs Rs.59 + Rs.30 in first month second month Rs.30/- + Rs30/- for two more packs and in the third month Rs.30/- for some pack while no request was made by me for these packs. Inspite of my visiting the reliance office various times in sector 18, noida, no phone no is being provided to me for resolving my problem by saying that the phone is installed in the basement and nobody picks the phone so there is no use giving the no. what is the purpose of installing the phone then? the amnager is ot available most of the time wither he is being changed or has let just now kind of excuses are made. i don't understand what should i do. my mobile no. is [protected]

WHY THERE IS CHARGES TO MAKE INQUIRY IN RELIANCE .EVEN TO KNOW OUR BALANCE THROUGH CUSTOMER CARE WE HAVE TO SPEND .50 PAISA, SINCE MANY TIME WE NOT GET BALANCE THROUGH SMS OR *225 OR *226. Unethical speed capping on 3g

Unethical and fraudulent speed capping practices by reliance.i recharged for rs 87 and got 400 mb 3g data but reliance has capped the speed to 10 -20 kbps.moreover, reliance has blocked my calls to their customer care as they couldn't come up with a solution.i am very fed up of this and would never recommend anyone to buy a reliance no.
