With respect to the above I have to say that I am an old customer of your services and having mob no-[protected] due to some mistake my number is asking for the PUK code and I had make call to call centre no many time but they are not ready to give me the PUK code. Some time they are saying that our system is upgrading call the centre after 2 hours when calling then they are saying that your voice is not clear so your call is being disconnected.
