I am an reliance postpaid customer holding number [protected] from last more than 5 years from guwahati, Assam. i am facing a lot of network problem, not able to make any calls, use internet from any where in my house and other services and failed to receive important things .I have placed complaint many time in your customer service center and even in the head office of reliance in guwahati but there is no response from your officials.
So, I hope you will solve my problem as soon as possible and send your network engineers to my home for checking. Other wise I will be bound to change my operator.hope you will take it seriously.

Hi, I am staying at behind bhakti vedant hospital shanti garden mira road, from last 6 months I am continuously doing complain regarding poor network coverage, every time after complain only getting new complaint number but problem still exist, no one taking responsibility to solve the issue this is showing reliance poor service and also showing after complaint every consumer forum and customer care no where getting solution or any action against on reliance if sim switching is only a option so why this kind of poor service provider existing in market, why government does not take any action against reliance this is my 4th complain for same issue.Dear Relaince, don't try to make fool customer please improve your service and provide proper solution or service to very customer again i am mentioning facing very poor network coverage behind bhakti vedant hospital shanti garden mira road east continuously from last 4 month getting call drops, if call connect voice break and call cut, and some time able to make call due to no network, i have your 3g Internet plan at my home i am not able to use that, even in my home having 2 reliance sim not even any single sim getting proper network take this on high priority and provide solution for ref my NO: [protected]ThanksVipinG

The Reliance network in Orissa is not working in Orissa since last three days.The company has stopped working without any prior intimation.

Hi all Im residing in chennai Mogappair where i used to get Good signal but there is no signal now., The signal shows Aircel and there is no Tower, I am unable to reach the customer care 198, every time i call 198 i receive an IVR says check the number . Even in my home town Thiruvarur same issues my whole family use Relaince but now there is no network on all the places. Something Wrong in their network but they are not revealing it. Please get the network back its really frustrating !!!

Reliance GSM is having VERY POOR network and not caring the customers & complaints. and I suggest people to not to adopt Reliance Telecom services.

netconnect data card not working properly

I have register compliant for low speed issuse of datacard. Till now my issuse was not resolved.
