I am 6 year old customer of RIM, from 2 months in our area there is network problem with Reliance. On Saturday & Sunday we are getting zero N/W. I have complaint many times, but they don't want to listen my voice. I am running a business of books publication in Sahibabad (Ghaziabad). Due to this problem all my RIM phones ([protected] & [protected]) AND Data Card ([protected]) are no longer useful to me & I am facing big losses in my business. By using this website I am trying to raise my voice.

Today I had to compel to surrender my mobile connection # [protected] due to acute problem in
gsm network resulting in breaking of conversation frequently . Customer care gsm is hopeless deptt
it is as good as nothing. May God help them to survive their job.A very bad experience with this network

Reliance GSM — MY RELIANCE GSM SHOWS NO NETWORK
Few months ago i buy reliance gsm sim card under the scheme where company was offering Rs 10 talk time everyday, as soon as I used the services there was major network problem but the sim was searching the network and finally I managed to utilise the services, But after the scheme period is over I am unable to search network, please improve the spectrum and network quality you are loosing your good will . I am sanjeev from Ghaziabad(u.p). I have a reliance gsm no. [protected], i am facing network problem. Any person call to me so they listen switch off message. i have complained many time to Reliance customer care(R care[protected] but they were not response to my complain..........

i m using reliance gsm since 5 months but now a days i got no network coverage

Yes, Reliance GSM service is very bad. There should be some action taken against it.Its service is really bad.I have done a local SMS recharge of Rs. 32 but none of the messages are delevered to any of the number. just it shows Pending in Delevery Report.
Hey man there is no network in ulhasnagar please do us a favor or jus send us that u r bankrupt and u cant make the connection better...

GSM — after 17 days no. not active
Dear Concern,I had bought a connection from Vodafone store The mall, Bathinda on date 30th sep’09. under LTV plan with the amount of 500/- (SAF no.564235) but today after 17 days gone my no. not activated . sale executive name and no. Sonu [protected].
I had words with your agent Mr Anil he told me that my verification Has false because you are working in Haryana and not residing at given address. I told them to give me the name of verification agent but he not given the name who gave them the wrong information because my parents and my elder brother also residing with me at same placed. Am customer care officer in Hindustan Unilever Cmp and taking all Punjab and Haryana so due to my profile am always on traveling but am always back at home on Saturday or Sunday. Kindly get back to me with clarification otherwise your responsible for any legal action
