[Resolved]  Reliance Communications — full & final settlement

I want justice for my wrong bill from reliance I have made complain several times on *333 & sent mail also to reliance customer care executives.But i did not found any solution except they sent me wrong bill & harassing me menatlly.I was unable to go reliance web world due to some health problem.But thye did not given me any solution via email or making calls on *333.why rel;iance made customer care helpline no if they never provide solution & their executives even misguide to customers some time they said we have activated 149 pack in your no for 50 paisa calls all over india Than again activated 299 pack for super std pack plan than after my question wrong bill they said we have already activated 2 planms in your no both are for making std calls @ 50 paisa.than they said one 149 is not valid after 299 pack than why relianec sent me both vaklue pack added service in my bill .is it possible if one pack is not valid with aniother pack than still you peole charging from customer for both & aftter customers request you are not deactivated that service & customer is bothered to pay monthly rental that is totally unwanted for him & he never got benefited from that value pack as still her bill you are sending high .Why so???
.As I have also suffered a lot from Reliance people i was using postpaid connection of reliance no ([protected]) & they have sent me wrong bill higher than my expectation.they have activated unwanted calling pack that i never requested to activate.Than I have requested so many times to terminate my no immediately but they did not & sent my bill till 3 months while i stopped using their service before 3 months already my outgoing call was barred but they have sent me bill of 2700.That i was unbale to pay .why should i pay if they never supported me for my request what ever i told them.Relianec people really dont know how to talk with customer they behaved rudely & never provide proper solutions to custiomer except giving mental harrasment.I am really fed up with this disgusting service of reliance .I was using that no since 1 year & i have alway paid more than amount that they have sent .But still they did such type of behave with me.& i did not expect such type of mental torture from well reputed organisation like RELIANCE Communication.I want full & final settlement for this bill. Is anybody provide me solution pls reply & help me out from this mental harrasment.
