I have recharge with rs 75 last night 21/06/2011, they have deducted 30rs from my balance without my knowledge.
when ever i am recharging my account with some balance they are deducting the amount from my balance.
earlier i already complaint and they have not return my money and today again then have deducted the balance.
i lost my 60rs :(

Reliance Communications — Fraudulent & cheat
I Mohit Kumar am the customer of Reliance Broadband for the last 4 months, User ID[protected].I took the individual broadband plan only but sales Representative didn't reviled me the complete information about the plan. The plan i opted was only the individual broadband plan but for the last 4 months i am being charged for Combo plan which includes landline with Rs 50 free calls per month.
But i have not been provided with any kind of Landline services from Reliance i have been complaining for this last 20 days but till date the problem is still standing.
The last Request no which was provided by customer care is[protected]
Every time i register my complain with customer care i get the same answer that your problem is in process and we have accleated it but no one is ready to give any solution for it.
I need compensation for this since the installation of my broadband or solution to my problem. This was my last step to get any sort of solution from Reliance.
Hope you will get back to me with the solution

Dear Concerned,I am facing issue regarding my broadband services of relaince.My netconnect no is [protected].My concern is that wrong barring and totall harashment by relaince officers.I have already sent the mail to all relaince deptt but still i didnot get any response from y anyside. Reliance care are make me fool, they have deducted the balance from my account two time once 5rs and once 30rs for the same service(Java Game Service) they have refunded 5rs and they are saying that your issue is resolve. But till now i didn't get my 30rs balance back.
I called to customer care they have taken my complain again, but again they are saying that that issue is solved and i got my balance, but i didn't get my 30rs balance.
Its really fade up with them

Yesterday also they have deducted 10 Rs when I was having only 12 Rs balance in my mobile and funny thing is they used to activate this service in night after 12:00. and when we calll them they will tell us you have pressed some key because of this it is activated. Because of this i was not able to make any call. I never switch of my mobile and this is also a problem for me because daily 10 to 15 times I am getting reliance customer care call. I have blocked 10 reliance numbers. So now they are calling from land line numbers.

Dear sir/ MadamThis is my forth complaint about deposite refund for reliance mobile no [protected].

Sir,I was using relaince prepaid connection, but in april i switched to vodafone through portability, but i am still getting calls from reliance. after repeated complaints from another reliance number i am still getting calls. so please advice me what to do.

Reliance Communications — Poor Internet service & no response on the complaints lodged
We have Reliance Connections for internet in our office. Since the 1st week of June we were facing problems with the internet connectivity. We contacted the person who provided us the connections. We were assured that the problem will get solved in 24 hours. unfortunately nothing happened. We lodged our 1st complaint with Reliance's customer service on 6th of June. Again we were told that there server is down in our area hence everything will be 'ok' in another 24 hours. everyday we were in touch with the person who provided us with the connections & the customer service people and every time-everyday we were given false promises. after 6th of June we have lodged the complaint for another 4-5 times but till date the problem is not solved. every time we were told that their engineer will visit our office and will solve the issue. But till date no one has turned up.We being into export-import industry can not afford to work without internet hence were using 1 data card between 8 o[censored]s which was not at all sufficient & convenient to work smoothly. Due to this we purchased another data card to get some relief. Further, to this we have taken the Tata Indicom's internet facility as Reliance Internet has not started yet. We have dropped an email to deactivate the service of Reliance for which also we are not getting proper feedback from the company.
Really pathetic experience with Reliance's service.

i shivagoud holding a/c no[protected],billing account no:[protected]of reliance broadband connection had cleared the bill and disclosed my account in the month of april 2011 and moved to other service but i still receive bills from reliance broandband asking me to pay the monthly rental,i have already called up coustomer care about this issue but there was no use,so i request look into this problemi am really fed up with this relianceReliance Communications — Not allowing port out request of mobile no.09312385151
I made requests for allowing port out of my mobile no. [protected] on 05.05.2011 and 06.05.2011 but without any response. In June I have made 22 request to port out since 29.06.2011 but everytime the company has replied, " Dear Reliance customer your request could not be processed. Please try after some time." It is their standard reply which I received as soon as made the request which means the company does not want to allow my request. I think whole idea of number portablity is defeated by such dubious tactice adopoted by the company. The company be asked explain its action/inaction and allow my request.59%
