Reliance Communications — Irresponsibility

Wrong recharge
Dear Reliance Authority,
With regard to the below said complaints, i got 2 calls from [protected], saying that the problem has been solved. Got this call by 2.45 pm but nothing happen to the recharge or money. From the number [protected] asking to wait. I am saying even if its an accidental recharge, if the customer doesn't get a benefit of a single paise the money should give back.

My number [protected], its my knowledge that taking the money of an ill eligible person is not good and unjustifiable.

I am using this number around 2 years. I have made a recharge of Rs.41, and i am not getting any benefit from this recharge. Its a mistake by the CCE, Myself or the Retailer. Now i come to know that its a recharge for the new SIM.

So i kindly request you to revert the money to my account.

Mistakes are common for your part also. For Eg: My balance have been deducted twice a month (most of the Months) with out any fault from my side. You people saying i am activating some packs, later on your authority confirmed its by net work error. Its a usual thing.

So treat it as urgent and one of your Nodal Executive (Ms.Honey Thomas) asking me to change the service as they can serve and take care of the customers like this ONLY.

Kindly credit back the money that you have collected from my pocket (even if its of mistake from some others)

Reliance Communications — unused facilities deducted charges.

It is surprised that the company has deducted two time Rs. 20 & Rs. 22/- ( for what unknown) repeatedly on 20/07/2011 for the mobile number [protected]. Which is wrong and needs refund/credit. kindly do the needful immediately.

Reliance Communications — Can't connect to internet after 8 days of upgrading reliance high speed 1x to netconnect

I upgraded my reliance datacard high speed 1x to netconnect + on 12th july,2011 from vijayavani infocomm no 4 , sterling grand 'cvk' main road, west marredpally, secunderabad but it still (20th july, 2011) has not been upgraded. I have called reliance customer care several times but no constructive response was provided, also I visited the above mentioned authorized shop of reliance 5-6 times in 4 days time.Always they used to tell me that it has been upgraded to hsd but not to hlr and it will happen in 24 hrs time but all in vain.

Then I visited to the nearest reliance web world (add: jade arcade, opp paradise restaurant, M.G road,secunderabad), they told me that it will be done in 3 days time.After 3 days when today I called them they told me that it will be done in 24 hours.Also I lodged a complaint to the nodal officer of reliance net connect but all in vain. This is like as if reliance is not at all concerned about the after sales services,pathetic.

As my most of the work is done through net, I need net connection on daily basis. I am very upset and disappointed by the service reliance is providing which is in turn leading to loss in my work and also mental tensi

Reliance Communications — Repeated unwanted services activated on my Number

Hi,

My Number is [protected].I was out of India for the Past 2 months & when I come back I am told by my friend that there is a Telugu caller Tune on my Mobile.I call up the Customer care & he says that it was activated on 9th July.Firstly I was not in India on 9th of July so tell me who asked for this Caller Tune secondly I am a Bengali so why on earth will I activate a Telugu Caller Tune on my Mobile.
So the Customer care guy says that they will check the details & revert back the Rs 40 deducted for this.I get a message today that the Amount deducted was correct & the service has been deactivated.
There has been 2-3 instances in the past where I would get some service activated on my Account from your end & then after calling 2-3 time the money would be reverted back.Can you tell me why do you keep harassing a customer like this who has been with you for 5 yrs now ,the only reason I see is that you have too many customers now & would like to get rid of some. So let me help you by cutting my relation with Reliance Mobile from hereon.

Dear Sir,

I have activated message pack on my given[protected] number the 39 rs for this was deducted from my account and a message confirmation came to me it has been activated.but when i sent messages i was charged 50paise per message on per outgoing message which should be 1paisa per message according to the sms pack.i called the customer care many times ..they said it is a technical error on our side and it will be rectified soon and soon your money will be refunded but nothing of this sort happened they are not taking the calls as if now and i have suffered a huge loss and metal agony created by Relaince by calling their customer care mannier times and this is one such example of money laundering they are doing....other people which are also harassed by them must be about to complain.you should take this matter very seriously as it involves masses which don't turn up to complain in our country.

Reliance Communication / Smart — Misuse of Submitted Documents by company

Sir,

I am an old customer of Reliance communication using 'SMART' Mobile Connection since 2006 . Now I have received an sms on my cell about my connection is converted into post paid.

In this connection I inform you that 2-3 days before a call from reliance customer care was received my me and a deal for post paid connection was initiated for my another Airtel connection via portability and I submitted my address proof/ and other documents as required to the agent came to my address. But as per deal of tariff some feature were missed/hide my customer care executive, and after receiving of my documents they asked for another hidden costs for post paid. So, I refused for connection and request them for returned my documents.

But now, They misuse my submitted documents and may be submitted for my current SMART No for post paid , which was not in fair and cheat with my documents to full up the target of the agents.

Therefore, I request to return my documents which was submitted to the company agent and not permit my mob no [protected] for post paid.

The agent may also asked for cheat.

But due to some problem i leave the job, after that i fill form with complete detail & send to bhopal office through office & direct also. But there is no response upto till date. Reliance Communications — automatic deduction from balances on account of morari bapu quotes

I am a CDMA sim user under Reliance Bhubaneswar Circle.
I have received message on 25.07.2011 from "54646" 'Thank you for subscribibng Moraji Bapu Quotes. You will be charged Rs.7 per week.' I am to mention that I neither need this facility nor have asked for such provision. However suo moto the service provider has started this which needs to be in-operative instantly. Further I dont want for any deduction from my balances on account of such silly things.
Please let me know the process to contact Reliance Services for instant discontinuation of this.

Reliance Communications — Unauthorised usage and Post to pre migration

Dear Sir,I want to lodge a complaint regarding my mob no [protected]. This number, I was using till Dec 2010 and regularly paying my due bills. On Dec 29th 2010 as my usage with this number were being limited, filed a request for the conversion of number from postpaid to prepaid in the Reliance gallery Belapur CBD, Navi Mumbai and paid Rs 300 (Actual dues were only Rs 262 but as executive told me to pay more as according to him sometimes their calculations can be somewhat different from the system calculations, therefore to prevent myself from further trouble I paid that much amount) as my final dues till date. After around 6-7 days of this process, a phone call from your customer care came and a lady executive advised me to take the plan of one time yearly payment of Rs 200 and using the phone as Prepaid and only paying used amount without having to pay further rentals. She also asked me to pay it within one month, this I agreed. But as I have stopped using the number and the sim card, I forgot to deposit that amount. From around March, April 2011, many phones from your customer care have come to me asking to pay the per month rental. I told them that I have converted my phone into prepaid and I am not using the phone and sim card at all, therefore, I will not pay any amount and I asked to disconnect my number. My point is as my phone was converted into the prepaid Rs 200 plan, I am not liable to pay any postpaid bill.
Last week another phone came from your call centre asking the same, I told her the same that I have paid my last post paid bill on Dec 29th, 2010. Now the twist in the tale came, she told me that I have paid last bill of Rs 292 on June 10th 2011. I want to tell you firmly that I have not paid any bill after Dec 29th, 2011. I asked her to send me the copy of the receipt of this bill and due bills to me on my registered email id as I am not receiving any bill on my email id or postal address. She agreed to my request and said she will do so within 5 minutes but she didn’t do the same. Then I went to the Reliance Gallary in Belapur CBD Navi Mumbai, there I was also told these same things but executive present there said that he has no access to the copy of paid bill and also he can’t know where this cash transaction was done.
I am seriously concerned about this and request you that plz send me the copy of receipt of this bill and call and sms details if done from Dec 29th 2011 to till date. As I have not used this sim card and even not inserted into the phone too. I can give this statement even on any legal paper. One other information I also want to share with you is when other people known to me and I also called this number in past, on some occasions instead of saying number is not reachable, it rang and disconnected but the sim card was always out of the phone. I sent this complaint to rcomnodalofficer.[protected]@relianceada.com and rcomappellateauthority.[protected]@relianceada.com on July 2011 but no reply received till today despite of sending 2 reminders. Plz take action on my request as soon as possible and disconnect this number immediately to prevent me from any further trouble. Plz also treat this as my statement of not using this number and sim card. Thanking you in advance for your quick action.

Reliance Communications — Automatic activation of paid services

I have a reliance prepaid connection. My number is [protected]. In the last couple of weeks reliance has activated three paid services in my connection although I have not done it. Services like BSE alerts, Beauty tips etc. I am a B.Tech. Comp. Sc. student and I don't keep any interests in this matters. On calling them they repeteadly say that it has been activated by me. Moreover, no activation sms are delivered but the charges are deducted from my account. How can a service be activated automatically? If at all they are activated by mistake, then why no activation sms are sent. Being a student, this is quite irritating. I have complained them and they previously assured that this will not be repeated. But again this has been done. So, I approached you for any action.
Your kind attention in this matter will be of great help.

Reliance Communications — 44'h me error

44'h me error , i see this everytime when i start my mobile or asking for GPRS OR WAP settings....
Deduction of balance in every month
Every month there is a deduction of balance without any information.
My number is [protected], I am not activated any plan on this number.
Last month suddenly 30Rs.deducted from my mobile, Now again this month 30Rs deducted without any information.


Calling to [protected], 198 number many times it didnt connect.

No response from Reliance Customer Care.
Customer Care of Reliance is very poor.

Reliance Communications — AMOUNT NOT CREDITED AFTER 1199/- RECHARGE

I had taken 3g prepaid connection on 1 july 2011 and recharged it with Rs 1199/- from Reliance mobile world at LAVISH RELIANCE WEBWORLD , I- block ,sector 12,noida.It was activated on 2 july and the balance is still not transferred to my No [protected].I had complaint with servive request No.[protected] on 2 july but no action was taken.I again complaint on 5 july (service request No[protected].neither the reliance is crediting amount in my account nor the webworld owner MR Lakhan Bhati is giving my money back,he is even not willing to give me the bill of the amount 1199/- Kindly look into the matter.

Reliance Communications — wrong balance reduct

i bought a sim or relince gsm no of [protected] on 29 july2011, after that i apply internt service by msg of 1 gbplan, i sended a msg for this service on 29 july at 7.30 pm , but after few min my sim outgoing n incoming barred for id issue, then my sim reactivate after 2 day at 31 july , then i cheacked my balance it was -13 rs how can possible n without any use where reduct my sim balance , then i called custmor care they said i use internet ,it's funnny how possible , take any action this bogus type company n my 3 others no service barred after buying 1 day of id issue how can they do cause id delivering to company end in 3 to 4 days how they barred my sim service n thats sim not working till now these nos r[protected],[protected],[protected]


finly in this case i lost my money n time n where is all no id if some id issue n other thing some one use thats id, in this case how is responsible for that

Reliance Communications — cutting mobile balance and not refunding

reliance always deducts money from my mobile balance... it happens very often and i had to call the customer service everytime...i got the money refunded many times previously but last time they had cut about 18rs and i donot know the reason why they are doing this all the time.
but this is a regular activity for me to call the helpdesk for refund of my money..everytime i get an answer that some stupid package is being installed on my account...why do they keep on doing this without my request or permission.
this time i did not get my refundand i am wexed with this process of calling helpdesk for getting my money back... i want to log a comnplaint regarding this because it is not that easy or silly to see your account going into zero balance all the time and not at all being useful when you are in real need of it
Please take action on this asap

Reliance Broadnet — unable to access since 21.7.2011

Sir,


I have not been able to access internet connectivity since 21.7.2011. User ID being[protected] in the name of Palash Mazumdar. Complaints were regitered on 21.7.2011, 26.7.2011, 30.7.2011 and also mailed complaint on 2.8.2011. Still no response has been received, not even confirmation or assurance, leave aside attending to the complaint.
