Reliance Reliance Netconnect + Data Card — Cheating

Dear Team
My relainace datacard no is [protected].
My validity was getting lapsed on Nov 30 with some 8-9 unused GBs remaining which will be carried forward in case i do a validity recharge on or before 30 nov 2011.
I tried doing the same via reliance communication website 100 times Between 10:30 Pm and 12 midnight but was not able to do so b'coz of the Issues with the site. and so my balance GB got lapsed.
I tried calling the customer care but the call kept getting disconnected as soon as i start speaking to Customer care executive and as a result, i'm at loss.
When i tried lodging a complaint for the same at the call centre the officer Hiten Shah said nothing can be done.
I hope my complaint get readressed.

Reliance Communications — balance deduction without reason

dear sir,
i am a user of reliance gsm and since the day i got a reliance gsm total amount deducted was rupees 150 and whenever i call a reliance representative they give me a compliant number and tell that the mistake was from their side.But after few days they call or send me a message telling sir there is no problem from our side.please try to refund me rupees150.my mobile number is [protected].

I have recharged with Rs.99 gprs pack of 6GB 0n 7th December 2011 & i got good speed of 256kbps on Edge network.But from today onwards(8th December) the speed has drastically reduced to 60kbps.Such bad speed even takes 2 minutes for a single page to load completely,and forget about downloading anything at that speed!!!! I also bought 3G data modem to get good 2G speed in cheap rates. So, I want answers and solution to this problem. My Mob No.[protected]reliance).

Since I am out of station for 3 months from 8 Aug to 10 Oct, during this time i have not used this connection. When I used the number on 11 Nov full day but in evening I got the message at 9:30 that "Sim Card Registration Failed". When I visited the nearest reliance web world they told me that number has been terminated. And they also said that this is not a prepaid no., this is a postpaid no. Please tell me solution to activated the number. ASAP

I am ashok pandey My Reliance Number is [protected]. My complaint is that per day my 3 rupees is deducted. i call the the reliance care and submit my complaint but reliance does not give me proper response so i want to go consumer ccourt and charge the ford case of reliance gsm .
my 15 rs is deducted in my account. in six month with out my permission reliance company start own company plan and deducted rupees in my account. i have given lot of complaint to customer care but does not proper satisfactory answer to me. so i charge the reliance care 1,00,000 rs Ford case in consumer ccourt in 12.12.11 (Monday). if my 15 rupees in not back in my account in Saturday then we go to the consumer court and charge the 1,00,000 Rupees to Reliance gsm for cheat the consumer.

Reliance Communications — Broadband Speed

Dear Sir,

This is related to the broadband speed. My name is Anurag Sharma, i am using Reliance 3G ([protected]) data card, at the time of purchase there was a commitment that the speed would be up to 7.2 MBPS. An ISP is committing 7.2 MBS and we can expect around 2 or 3 MBPS but I am getting only 100 & 200 KBPS....... after all it is not up to 2 MBPS.

There are many other ISP, who are providing 512 KBPS with unlimited download in just only 700 to 900 Rs/-.. Then why i need to pay 1499 Rs/- only for 10 GB with the speed of 100 to 200 KBPS??

Reliance is misguiding their customers as they are increasing the number o[censored]sers but not making its network stronger... this is just because of overloading.
Also discussed the same issue with Reliance customer care under the case id:[protected], but they guys are unable to give any solution of mentioned issue. I asked them to refund the all amount of last recharge but they are not ready to do so. I am working and i can not waste my money on such pathetic service. I would like to go with other ISP who can commit and give worth to their commitment. Reliance is calling 100 or 200 KBPS is a 3G plan but actually it is really very poor.

I want my money back...and i would like to suggest everyone, not to go for reliance as they are just misguiding their customer and notching the money from them to make Reliance richer. this is just robbery...

wrong charges for messages which i have used when i am in roaming

my number is [protected] this number is of Chennai circle which i have converted from aircel to reliance cdma but i am facing lots of problems with reliance some times unwanted deduction some times problems with message receiving etc last time i hv recharged with 55 rupees and i have done some 20 messages but all my balance get over for that i have complaint to customer care but they also not given good response to my problem at last i left but very soon i will try to change my number for sure because of all the time i am complaining nobody giving attention for my problem before ths deduction 1 more unwanted deduction happened and for that also i complained but no 1 get respond for that also.

hi, my name is sanjeev and my phone number is [protected]. I am an unfortunate customer of reliance and have faced lots of problem created by this company. When i try to contact to customer care they do not support and put call on hold and then they disconnect call. And reliance has blacked its toll free complaint number 198 so that customer will not be able to register their complain without paying money. Today i made calls to customer care and each time they put me on hold then disconnected the call, did not support me and not even register my complaint. I wasted around 15rs on customer care but no solution is there. Still my complaint is not resolved reliance is not a customer friendly company. I can't bear it anymore. They only want to earn money do not bother about customer satisfaction. I will definitly go in consumer court and will claim damages for my mental and pecuniary injuries.

My reliance gsm no. [protected] services has been deactivated since more than 10 days.I got a call from customer care to submit the id and photos to the nearest reliance web world.Even after the submission,its been more than 10 days the no. is still not working.
I want to know what was the need of those photos & id after several years of the connection?
May be you people needed those things for some work,why the no. is still deactivated?
I want you to activate that no. quickly otherwise there are lot of sims available in the market of various networks.

previously i wrote same issue regarding network jam. today i am enjoy same problem with your one of the best network.

why you people dont care consumer feedback.do you know "A Satisfied customer is an unpaid businessman" and worth to you organisation.

previously at the time my complaint received to consumer complaint forum you people contacted me.but no reaction from your side.

From today morning my reliance not allowing any out going calls(even customer care numbers).its waste of time to contact reliance outlet.
they told after 11 am it will be cleared but now it extended to 1pm today.

why this type of problems occurring frequently i dont know but i am requesting you kindly intimate even before one minute to interrupt.(previously i told).

they dont care regarding customer feedback and complaints.i am only requesting kindly intimate this issues before it happens and cooperate to customer. today i am out from home with reliance only and became fool in front of my colleagues when asking their cell to use.


but i want explnation on this issue today.

my no [protected]. on my no daily 5 rs deducted of disny club service. i have complain 20 times. bt no resolution they provide me. they told me all tym ur service deactivated with in 2 days bt it was no deactivated. the technical dep. of reliance,mumbai called me and told on ur no. no service is activated like that..... pls pls pls solve my problem..it was no easy to daily recharge my a/c and amount deduction mgs got mid nyt. it was no easy... so pls solve it as soon as possible...
