my mobile no is [protected] and im using thise no last 4 year im DECTIVATED caller tune from my side but still monthly charge of 10/- debited from my balance and custemer care ko fone karne ke bad pata chalta hai ki vo service service provider ki terf se fir se ACTIVAT kar di gaie hai now my a/c is show in - ( minus ) balance.......jabb minus me balance hota hai to fone call nahi lagta to ye service provider apni mann mani se kaise subscriber ke a/c se paise kat sakte hai ........plz sir take strict action against thise type of ROBERY.......

Reliance Communications — no service on roaming

i arived in mumbai on 23 dec 09 from ooty with reliance phone [protected](pre paid).I AM UNABLE TO MAKE ANY OUTGOING CALLS /SMS AND UNABLE TO RECEIVE ANY CALLS while on roaming. i have lodged complaint on net complaint no ADAG=[protected] on 24 Dec 09 but only assurances but no action has followed till today 30 dec 09.

Frequent disconnection of network
there was a frequent disconnection in reliance gsm network in vill Ghutgoria Ps-barjora Dist- Bankura ,(ghutgoria is 2.5km away from barjora)in Barjora West Bengal .There is a tower of reliance gsm(smart)but all the time our phone is out of network coverage, when calling other people we can't hear other voice. conversation is one way. we r now in big trouble. the customer care executives are just blabbering with some sort of answers but the real action for my complaint has not permanently cleared or solved....they solved the problem temporarily and after a few week the same problem is raise again.please take necessary step so that they solve the problem as early as possible.

I had balance of 30 rs. on 30th december 2009. but on 31st i got -7 balance. customer care also not responding.

I am using reliance gsm prepaid sim card from january 2008.
i m from NIT Kurukshetra, Haryana. There is no network of reliance gsm in NIT and university..i complaint about this , but there is no response from their side.

Reliance Communications — Closure of account 9342179050 - Unacceptance

Hi,

I had submitted a letter along with the last bill paid to Reliance Office on CMH Road,Indiranagar Bangalore for suspension of the account.

However they continue to send me bills towards the service which has not been used at all and now are sending collection agents to my doorstep.

Please assist with the closure of the account.

Reliance Prepaid GSM Mobile — Got wrong billing

I am Rajiv Ranjan .I had taken new Reliance prepaid GSM connection(Mob No:[protected]) on 31st dec 2009 in pune .At that time retailer had activated first plan with recharge of worth 43 Rs ,in which I got call @ 1 Rs per 3 Min. After that on my request retailer had activated another plan of worth 77 Rs , in which I got call @ 20p/min.After that I got message from reliance message server accordingly at 9:23:09 am for first request(1 rs/3min) and 9:25:09 am for second request(20p/min) . First day charges deducted for the call was 20p/min for R2R std call ,it was fine.But on 2nd of January I observed that they cut my charge @1Rs/3min.After that I make complain in customer care several time that I have such type of problem, each time they had been said that “I am unable to get your information from server ,please call after some time”. After several trial one of the customer care personal succeed to access the information from server and he was saying that “my first request (1Rs/3Min) was proceed on 2nd jan 2010 by reliance server so it override my second request (20p/min),that’s why it so, so you will have to recharge again with 77 Rs for activating the plan 20p/min ”.And after clearing all the fact he was not ready to write and send the complain against Reliance.
Fact is I have got two message from reliance message server on 31st Dec that my first plan(1Rs/min) activated first(9:23:09 am) and second plan (20p/min) activated after the first plan that is (9:25:09 am).On other side retailer also not agree to accept any fault and said that ,”Contact Customer Care”. Other hand when I dial *367# it show plan 20p/min and deduct 1 Rs per 3 Min. Why it so I can’t understand.

Its only means that Reliance Message server sending message without process the request (Note message send on 31st Dec 2009 and proceed on 2nd Jan 2010) or there is no connection between message broadcasting and process request. And these vender making fool and misguide to the customer.

Reliance Communications — Cheating pre-paid customers

My complaint is regarding the services offered to prepaid consumer. They deduct Rs 10 for caller tunes, Rs 30 for mobile radio services or similar other services without your consent and they refuse to refund this amount when you tell about this problem. This happens every month and the customer care department says that it is not a system error and does not believe in that when we say that we have never asked for such so called value added services. This is highly unfair business practice. Though they have reduced the call charges now, they have found another way of extracting money from customers. This must stop and we all customers must unite to stop them from doing this practice.

Reliance Communications — Frequent disconnection of network

sir I am from Ghutgoria, Dist -Bankura, West Bengal, from 25 of December we have no network of Smart in our village so I launched a complain about this on 31 dec. They send me a service request number[protected] and in 3rd January they send me a message that "issue of pertaining to your service request No.[protected] is resolved. We value your association with us" but till now we have the same problem.

Reliance Communications — After recharge money deducted for a service started

Dear Sir,
I have got a reliance connection. The No. is [protected]. On 1st January 2010, I recharged it with Rs 60 vaucher. On 3rd Jan near about 7 P.M. one massage came from th service provide that your balance is Rs 12.56 Immidiately I contacted coustomer care. The fellow told he cannot help you. X-mas service activated on your mobile. I talk to his superior also but I could not finish my talk it disconnected message came your balance is nil. That RS 12.00 has also gone from the prepaid balance. I contacted custom care and try to convince him that my money should be refunded. He said NO It will not. Then I asked him I wish to discontinue my this number he told. There is no way to discontinue the number.
and this is not happened for the first time earlier I had same suffering.
Kindly, inform me who is responsible for the same? how I can get the money back? and I am sure I may not be the single person there could be several people whose hard earn money these service provider are eating .

Reliance Communications — unhappy with resolving of given complaints

i am using reliance gsm service froml last 1week but i am having problems with sending messages.the company plan is that if we recharge from rs.25 we<ll get 500 messages free on daily basis.but the the thing is the messages are not gogng.THE ERROR COMES AS MESSAGE NOT SENT TRY AGAIN LATER.i have complained 5-6 times but its of no use till now.every time i call they give us a time limit within which the problem would be resolved but the service is nothing toll today.

dear sir/madam i have alredy raise a complaint in consumer complaint forum.and now wen i called to callcenter the executive was tailking mannerslessly,is this a way to talk with the customer?i have called from my number [protected] at1:51:16 and i have talked for 6minuts.is there anybody to take action against them???????????????????????????????????????

Reliance Communications — Reliance Talktime service

I am using a Reliance CDMA handset with postpaid connection. I found that Reliance is continuing a service called "Reliance Talktune service" at my mobile. I have contacted their customer care centre for several times and requested to deactivate the "Reliance Talktune service". The customer care executive assured me that the said service has been deactivated and I have received an SMS about deactivation of "Mobile Radio Service". Again I have contacted to the Reliance customer care and the executive said that my received SMS for "mobile radio deactivation" is also for the deactivation success of "Reliance Talktune service". He assured me that my next bill will be completely out of this "Reliance Talktune Service charge". Here I have got my current month bill and found horribly that they are still continuing the service at my mobile and charging me for "Reliance Talktune service" again. you have charged me for "Reliance Talktune service". I am very much surprised and upset with this irresponsible behavior from their customer care executive.

This is not only the first time I am showing grievance to them. Few days before I have deactivated the "Reliance Talktune Service" with very hard work of mine but I astonished that after few days, again they have activated the service automatically from their end.
