I have a reliance mobile connection since last 5 to 6 yrs. Since last 2 years I meet a account balance problem. When my balance reaches to Rs. 7, I can't make a call or even sms. When made a call, I come to know that I have insufficient balance. But in actual I have Rs. 7 left in my account. I meet with this problem everytime when my balance reaches to Rs. 7.

It is submitted that there was a balance of Rs.48 in my phone no .[protected] on the eve of 31.12.09 I made request for 1 Paisa per SMS .After accepting my request, my request became Rs.37. I forwarded approx. 700 to 800 SMS on the eve of 31st Dec. On checking balance, it was found that deduction of Rs.36.52 is debited from my account whereas it should be max. of Rs.08.
In spite of repeated requested at customer care toll free no.(reference no.[protected]) nothing could be done. Therefore it is requested that access money of Rs.28.52 deducted from my account may please be credited in my account.

Reliance Communications — NO Recharge Received yet.

Hi!I made a recharge of Rs100/- on 23rd dec,2009 through ICICI online internet banking service.But there is no recharge received yet.
The frustration level is high because, when i called ICICI, they are saying that payment is done by them successfully to Relaince GSM, but the Reliance is saying that they have not received any transaction from ICICI on the same day.
Whosoever is not responding properly will face the consequences....AS the right now i am in trouble.

Please look into the matter.

charge of 30/- debited from my balance and custemer care ko fone karne ke bad pata chalta hai ki vo service service provider ki terf se Mantra Pack ACTIVAT kar di gaie hai. Jiski koi b detail nahi hai, now my a/c is show in - ( minus ) balance...jabb minus me balance hota hai to fone call nahi lagta to ye service provider apni mann mani se kaise subscriber ke a/c se paise kat sakte hai ...plz sir take strict action against thise type of ROBERY

I have a reliance number [protected] which I have been using for last 3-4 years...Payment of my bills is made my my accounts so usually I'm not aware of the charges added in there. Last month i realized that Reliance is charging me Rs 200 for last few months for providing web services which i never subscribed to and never requested. In fact I have an Airtel mobile number to check my mails on mobile. So I told me Accountant to check the previous bills and realized that Reliance ahs been charging this for last 5 months.

For me its not question of rs 1000 but what annoyed me is such practices by Services providers. So I refused to pay the bill and finally Reliance agreed to wave off Rs 500 ( that Vouches the fact that this VAS was not asked for) I had no option but to pay else they would have bared my services. But I refuse to bow to such malpractices by Service providers and wants to take action.

Please guide..
