SUBJECT : COMPENSATION OF RS 10, 000 BECAUSE OF FRAUD BY THREE PERSON AND CHANGE OF MY PLAN RS 499 TO 299 WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGEMENT

I SURESH JASUJA RESIDENT OF JAIPUR. .SIR I REALLY SUFFER A LOT FOR A THRREE PEOPLE WORKING IN RELIANCE COMMUNICATION HR SERVICES AJMER ROAD . THE NAME OF THREE PERSON ARE

3) MR DILIP :[protected]

SIR THE PROBLEM IS THAT I PAID ALL THE TIME AND ACCORDING TO THEM THAT I HAD NOT PAID THE BILL OF RS 500 /- WHICH I PAID AND SENT SCAN COPY TO:NODAL OFFICER JAIPUR AND HE FORWARDED MY REQUEST TO MR SAXENA . EVRYTHING WAS OK TILL JUNE 25TH AND ON 26TH JUNE SOMEBODY CHANGE MY PLAN FROM 500 TO RS 299 WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE .I WAS SHOCKED THAT MY BILL AMOUNT RS 6084. FOR ONE MONTH I SUFFER A MENTAL LOSS FOR ONE MONTH AND TODAY 04/07/09 . MY CONNECTION WAS CUT DUE TO NONPAYMENT OF CHARGES.

I SUFFER A LOT AND MY BUSINESS IS EFFECTED FOR ONE MONTH THEY REALLY HARASS A LOT ON TELEPHONE DUE TO NON PAYMENT . SIR IF THEY HARASS ME I GIVE COMPLAINT TO POLICE AND WANT COMPENSATION OF RS 10, 000/- WHICH THEY HARASS ME FROM 25TH JUNE 2008.

SIR, I COMPLAINT IN WEB WORLD FOR WAVE OFF THE CHARGES RS 6054 THAT WRONG PLAN RS 299 IS CHARGED AND COMPLAINT NO IS UCS 1286817 DATED 04/07/2009 .WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE HOW CAN THEY CHANGE MY PLAN . IT IS REALLY A FRAUD . WHEN I ENQUIRE IN JAIPUR OFFICE MR SAXENA TOLD CALL CUSTOMER . EVERYTIME TIME I CALL CUSTOMER CARE THAN WHAT THE USE OF RELIANCE COMMUNICATION HR SERVICES AJMER ROAD ORBIT MALL .

SIR KINDLY SOLVE THE PROBLEM AND IF DON’T RECTIFY THE PROBLEM THAT YOU HAD GIVEN TO ME IN FUTURE I DON’T REQUIRE YOUR SERVICES .AND TAKE STRICT ACTION AGAINST THE THREE PERSON NAME MENTIONED ABOVE .
