Reliance Communications — Details not available in database | |||
Hi. I have taken a Reliance GSM connection on 17th February 2012 and activated Blackberry Messenger by recharging for Rs 298. Whenever I try to call customer service, they state my details are not updated on the database. Recently I recharged my Blackberry Messenger again and I was told that it has been deactivated as they still do not have the details. I have provided the details to the dealer on multiple occasions and was told it has been submitted already. Now, after 2 months and after several recharges they still do not have the details on their database. Do they provide GSM connection / allow recharges without having details in the database. This has been a terrible experience as they have deducted funds for the Messenger service eventhough it is deactivated and they cannot refund the payment as I am not even in their database....
