Reliance Communications — callbacks for customers | |||
Respected sir, As iam one of the agent and Brand Ambassdor of Reliance working in Brigade sgf pvt ltd in Hyderabad running the process of reliance Gsm and CDMA inbound callcenter as i want to complaint you about the status in our Brigade as our General Manager IBSINGH and ASSISTANT MANAGER WAJAM both these persons are spoiling the process in Brigade not only Brigade but also for the reliance process because they are forcing the agents to tell call back to the customers without having any server problem or else any clarify application down as they are forcing to tell so that their won't be any calls abonded due to these customers of reliance not only that but about the Aux in our brigade they are telling to keep aux of every agent for nearly 2 hours as their was no calls that's why and the customers are getting very irrated for callbacks and wants to leave reliance and at call back for customer's they are telling to use IUCS tool so that they can escape i request to take action on this.
