Reliance Communications — wrong bill charge n disconnect the phone

i have a no [protected] company promise me as on 7th oct,2010 that they give me two months onnet call free subscription. but they charge all calls in my bill and disconnect my phone due to overlimit.when i talk to customer care they told me i have to pay the wrong bill then they will start my services.i am suffring from last 6 days due to disconnect my phone.i lose my buisness also.my alternate no. is [protected].plz solve my problem as early as possible
