[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Discontinuance of Service without any intimation | |||
Sir, Basically I had a BSNL post paid connection ([protected]) which I wanted to change because I was not getting the coverage at my residence.So I have taken Reliance Post paid connection ([protected]). My all the formalities were completed all the documents were submitted to the company.And my sim was activated with 1200/- limit. Suddenly the company has discontinued the service without any intimation to me.Till now I am having more than Rs. 500/- balance in my account limit. NO INTIMATION WAS GIVEN TO ME BEFORE DISCONTINUING THE SERVICE due to which I am suffering lot of problems. Now the Employees says that further 12 hours will be taken by the company to resolve the problem Request you to please take necessary action for unauthorised discontinuing the service facility even after sufficient limit in the account.
