Sir, I have paid my Reliance mobile bill on 29.01.2009 at Reliance authorised collection agent M/s.Maximus Financials, R.P.Road, Secunderabad. I have paid Rs.1403/- ( One thousand four hundred and three ) cash and they had given me the cash receipt. After 10 days my mobile was disconnected then I contacted customer care they have replied your payment was rejected. I covey them i have paid cash not cheque, how is it possible cash payment will be rejected. I requested them to clear my problem, they told me that is not our duty. Then i contacted Maximus financials, they told me we will clear the problem. Till today they have not taken any intiation. Several times i contacted them some times they are replying some times even they are not answering my call also. I have paid Rs.1400 again for my mobile activation and paid another bill also. In the bills they are charging late payment charges. They are sending every month bills i am paying the bills, but they are not settling the above issue.
