Reliance — Invalid Billing
Dear Sir,This is Murali, from Warangal, Andhra Pradesh. A couple of months back I took a data card connection from Reliance. They charged me Rs 2499/- for modem and 300 for installation fee. The came home and installed the device without giving any further info regarding next bill cycle. I have no idea of those bill cycles too. And regarding the connection, it’s the worst in the entire broadband services in India. Since day 1 there have been many complaints raised by me as of some technical errors. On top of that the Internet Protocol (IP) has also been changing every time I connect.
After 16 days I have received an sms in data card as the bill of Rs 1332.79 to avoid interruption of service on 6/4/'09. The very next day the connection was disconnected. And I received a bill stating 3559/- and another of Rs 500/-. Though the plan includes 80 hrs free usages, those bills showing I have used 156 hrs extra. And the recovery agent is harassing us like anything. They told that there will be a legal notice in this regard. I need justice. I want to fight back. Suggest me what to do.
