Reliance Communications - debarted my incoming facility of calls

my number 9314766330 has been not recieving calls from last 5-6 days .whenever anyone calls on my number automatically call is rejected from my side.i had calls customer care for assistance but they said that you have recharge your number .while my number have lifetime validity .and i had not recharged from since 15 days . because of this i am facing very critical problem .please cure it as possible as it can .
