I havent even subscribed for caller tunes and I am charged with unwanted tunes per month. How to deactivate?

Unwanted caller tune has been activated without any confirmation

Reliance — Without confirming with me, they are setting hello tunes and taking charges.

My self Arti Gupta, Using Reliance GSM, Every time Relience Set Hello Tunes without asking to me, and when Iasked why you did it they are blamming that you have requested for it.My Number is[protected]

i have a phone no. [protected],yesterday some type of caller tune was assigned without even asking me and Rs. 30 was deducted from my balance ,which is now Rs. (-13).
This problem has occured earlier also.

i have also subscribed DO NOT DISTURB service 3 months earlier but it is still not activated,the call center executives just keep on saying that it will be activated in 45 days everytime i call to customer care.And still I am getting various unwanted calls & messages.

please react to this complaint as soon as possible.
