my name is abitalib saify and my mobile number is [protected]. on 10th of February i had submitted the application for wire-line broadband connection via salesperson name arvind tiwari, mobile number [protected] for which he had charged me for rupees 1050+100 for rent agreement, and gave me the receipt with CAF no.[protected]. sir my problem is that till now they hadn't established the new connection, for which the maximum time for new establishment is 7 days. for this purpose i had visited there office for a couple of times and called them, but every time they makes a excuse that there line is cut-ted off every time they are coming to make a connection. up till now they are giving me the same excuse and when i had asked to refund my money back they said that it will be paid to you by draft within 45 days, which they hadn't told me while making the deal. i had called the customer care also but they are also of no use. so now they are not giving me the cash and not making a connection also. so now i have no where to go, for this delay i am facing problems. so my request to you is that tell them to either make a connection as early as possible or give me the cash so that i can switch to some other service provider.i think that my matter will be concerned seriously as soon possible and justice will be made by you.
