My wife is using a reliance no 9019045822 which was terminated without any prior notice. She recharged(top up) her no with 150 rupees and the next day, mobile no was terminated with no explanations given. We did contact the customer care in the city and by online and they are not giving us a proper explanation. the explanation they gave was that the documents were not submitted which is utter rubbish because we have been using this no since 2009 and if that was the case I couldn't use the no at all.
My number has been linked to my bank accounts, and other website as a contact no, which makes it more harder now. I would like to get my no back, and if they still have a reason, my recharge amount of 150 rupees.
