[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Mobile Internet Pack | |||
Hi, I am using Reliance GSM at number [protected]. I activated Mobile Internet Pack 51. And I tried to connect net through mobile but I was not unable to connect. I contacted Reliance Customer Care on 198 for assistance more than 10 times. There was no proper response. Please deactivate that internet package for my mobile and please improve your customer service. Was this information helpful? | |||

I am not sure when you you people tried to contact me. I haven't received any call on my mobile.
Apart from that I have tried contact reliance customer care (Number 198, *333) more than 3 times. Unforutnately I was not connected reliance customer executive.
As of now Rs 200 has been detected from my account for Internet Pack. But unforutnately still I am not able to use internet on my mobile
Could you please remove Internet Pack activation from my number.
Hoping for good response from Reliance Customer Care.
