[Resolved]  Reliance Communications — Extra money deducted from Credit card

Dear Sir/Ma'am,

I have been charged four times on 9th of July 2010 while trying to pay my reliance landline bill ([protected]). I have authorized and entered all the details for just one transaction ie., for 1100/-.

My action sequence on that day was:
1. I tried to make the payment through IVR but transaction failed
2. I went to www.rcom.co.in -> Instant pay, entered all the details. I have entered the amount entered was 1100/- but I canceled the transaction.
3. Again I went to www.rcom.co.in -> Instant pay, entered all the details. I have entered the amount entered was 1000/- then I entered all the details but I had to cancel the transaction again.
4. Again I went to www.rcom.co.in -> Instant pay, entered all the details. I have entered the amount entered was 1100/- then I entered all the details along with the secured password and transaction was done successfully.

Strangely, I got a receipt after making the payment but the received receipt was for 1000/- not 1100/-. Relationship Number for the same is [protected].

As soon as this happened I dropped an email to customer care, nodal officer, reliance web world. Till date there hasn't been any resolution from Reliance. After following up with them for an year I got to know that two payments of 1100/- and 1000/- have reflected in there account. Rest of the payment hasn't reflected. So basically I have lost 2200/- in the processes.

Today in the morning I received a call from a lady in Delhi. She asked me to clear my outstanding payment of 2100/- or else I will have to face the consequence. I told her about my situation and credit card statement proof but she said she doesn't care and I need to may the payment or else you can end of losing 21,000/- if you end up coming to court.

I have lost alot of my time in trying to resolve the issue but this court case thing is pathetic. How can I resolve the issue?
