Reliance Communications — mischarging and not solving the basic problem

dear sir(s)
i recharged my mobile with amount rs.333 and the company offered low call rates of 50 paise to any number in local ssa. Even after complaining for two times under complaint numbers--99415 and 77111843 they hav not solved it. I have decided to go to the CONSUMER FORUM and to USE MY R.T.I(RIGHT TO INFORMATION) RIGHT. I have been fed up by their services.Can you help ME???? IF YES THEN PLEAASE CAAL ME

Reliance — no network last 10 days

This is faiz from lucknow...My Rel.GSM No:-[protected]...i m facing network problem for last 10 Days...we have already complaint but i m not getting any responce ...so plz do the needful...

GSM — about your Network and service

Sir I m the users of reiliance Gsm my n. [protected] my problem is that there is very low network of this side . The mobile tower of your company is stand in our village but it works only 2-3 km. its big problem that I can use only this where the tower stand the n. of tower is very less in the haryana distt. Bhiwani and another problem is that i have take a plan of gprs pay as you go but on 29.07.2009 i downlod a game in my mobile its momery is 96.5kb but my balance is lessed by 30 Rupees and when I contact to customer care operetar they are not talking with me and cut my phone many time . once my mobile balance is lessed by 10 rupees or 30 rupees on different dates when i talks the operater the 30 rupees is refunded but 10 rupees is not fefund I m very distrub abot your service

Reliance Telecom — Network Related issue

This is bring to your notice I am facing network related issue from 20 days.There is not single network showing on my mobile where i am staying.Already i complaint about this on Reliance costmer care it was told to me your problem will resolved in 5 days but from it wa not solved yet .and i am chasing from last 15 days and even giving lots of reminder it is inot solved yet.

Reliance Communication — network is not available

Dear concern,

I have reliance gsm prepaid card no [protected]. till yesterday it had worked properly but till yesterday it has being show that network is not available. anytime network comes automatically it stayed only 2 or 3 minutes. On 25 th september i have sue complaint (#[protected] in customer care, then after taking my all details customer executive (Rupal Dave- i don't know about her employee id, she refused to give me) old me that i have took your complaint and when i asked her when it will be short out, she said me it will take 14 days.

Now tell me how can i afford 14 days without any mobile, and as i have recharged worth Rs. 299 in which i can call unlimited any reliance local phone for 30 days, and i can not afford this loss of facilities, who will be pay for this.

Dear concern, pls help me to short this problem asap.

Reliance Communication (GSM) — bad NETWORK

me suffering from bad network of reliance from a month.
i activated my 1 paisa message scheme.
and i am not able to send a single message from last one month.
not even the message service, its calls are not going to connect easily

i hv taken reliance gsm sim and given my id proof, but one day when i called to customer care, he told me that this cell no is alloted on sone one else ID, it means the shopkeeper has canged my id with some one else id, and when i asked with that shopkeeper abut my own id, he told me, i can do nothing on this matter, i want to do a written complaint about that shopkeeper, WHAERE I CAN DO A WRITTEN COMPLAINT OF THAT SHOPKJEEPER?

Reliance Communications/GSM Mobile Services — Network Related Issue

I Am facing a lot of problem with my Reliance GSM connection No. [protected]. For making or receiving a call I have to stand near the window, as network comes only near the window, as soon as we go inside the house network disappears. Also many times if somebody tries to call me my number comes ' not reachable'. I have written for the issue 4 times to the Company, every time they say that your issue will be resolved within 14 days but till now nothing has been done.

Request you to please take necessary action in this regard since I have to face a lot of problem due to the same.

Waiting for an prompt action and thereafter solution to my problem.

I too purchased a Bissell model number 6583 and you are not kidding when you saw piece of junk! I used it twice and it lost all suction and started throwing dirt out at me. I didn't really expect the vacuum to be the best considering I only paid $45 for the thing but I did think I would be able to use for at least 6 months or so not 6 days.

I have use Reliance GSM services but a am always face out with its coustomer care service No. 198 there are no satisfied response about my problem they are always that my syastem is under upgradation please call after 2 hours or plz call the *333 i want to say that if they doesn't care and solve our problem then why should continue service at 199.
