[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Replacement SIM card not activated and Bad behaviour from Rcare representative | |||
Hi, My number is [protected]. I lost my handset on 31st Dec'2010 and I took the new replacement SIM having same number from Reliance Mobile Store on 4th Jan'2011. I was told that it will be activated within 3 hours. But it was not activated and when i tried to contact Customer care on 30333333 on 4th Jan at 6:20 PM around from my landine no. 67782701 , the lady representative disconnected the call without giving information. Please activate my replacement SIM card as soon as possible and take action against such irresponsible Customer care representative. Gupta telecommunication — Regarding Activation of Sim Card
i was purchased a Mobile of worth Rs1500 and With balance of 1500 but after 7 days this card was deactivated due to wrong Information. In form Permanent address is filled in place of temporary address and same vice versa so tata indicom rejected my form.And after long time follow they was not doing any right and apporipiate answer.
Today This Card is permanently deactivated and i loss balance of 1500

Reliance Communications — Not giving replacement of new sim card
Sir,i have purchased Reliance GSM sim card on 10th of April 2009. I have got its confirmation on 20th of april 2009. I have recharged that sim card with 145 Rs. As per instruction given by Meenakshi (officer working in Reliance authorised shop) i have insert it on my mobile after 12 hours. But that time i found that this Sim card is not valid. after that immediately i made complained with her. She told me that sim card is damaged. so she asked me to go to nearest reliance shop. I did it but they told me that you have to go to that shop only from where u purchaced that sim card.
After doing this i have register complained with reliance web site. but even after one month they are not giving me either my money back or new working soim card. Its almost more than a month that they are not taking any responsibility to give me my replacement for sim.
I want my money back with sorry from Reliance.
