[Resolved] Reliance Communications — wrong deduction of charges repeatedly | |||
This complain is in concern regarding my mobile no. [protected] which is on the name of binod singh. I have been repeatedly complaining reliance through mails and customer care phone no.s, since 5 months regarding the wrong deduction of charge of rs 39 for sms pack which gets activated itself every month and then i have to complain reliance about it and then i get my money back and again in this connection on 22 april 2013, i received a msg from reliance for activation of sms pack of rs 39.i want reliance as soon as possible to deactivate this service of rs 39 pack and reimburse my money and hope so i will not have to face this problem again.the reliance customer care people assure me every month that this sms pack of rs 39 will not be activated again but happens the same again all over.i am fed up of reliance unwanted services which they activate themselves and then i have to waste my time on it every month.at first they also reply that there is no wrong deduction of charges but then i again receive a mail the next day of the first mail that rs 39 has been postes to your account.please help me out in this regard. all mobile service provider behave like chiter, they are chit on regular basis.
I called reliance customer care for Balance deduction for service that has not been activated and a sum of Rs 30.00 have been deducted. This is a cheating been done and I want to know how to file a case against it with Reliance and with consumer forum

I'm a Reliance GSM (number [protected]) user and has been suffering from bad servicies provided by this company. Firstly on 29th Sept I activated Rs. 14 msg pack, again on the consecutive day Rs. 14 were automatically deducted from the account. Again, in roaming all msg packs used to work, but this time all of them failed and today when I was trying to send message 1.500 Rs instead of .05 are being deducted per message from the balance. I therefore want those 28(14+14) rupees back plus the money deducted even after the pack has been up.Reliance — wrong deduction
I didnt subscribed to any of the game pack of mauj.com but it daily rs5 os cut frm my balance due to subscription of this game pack.. pls i request u to unsubscribe this pack..mo no. [protected] Dear Customer,

PLESAE REFUND MY AMOUNT IMMEDIATELY, AS THIS IS AFFECTING THE GOODWILL & CUSTOMER CONFIDENCE, PRESENTLY MY MOTHER IS USING THIS CELL & SHE IS HAVING PROBLEMS WITH THIS DEDUCTIONS AS SHE IS ALONE IN GUJARAT AND BECAUSE OF THIS DEDUCTION OUTGOING CALLS HAVE BEEN DISSABLED,
NEARLY RS.320 APROXIMATELY HAVE BEEN DEDUCTED FROM MY BALANCE FROM 29.03.2013 TILL TODAY,
SO PLEASE REFUND THE SAME AT YOUR EARLIEST
THE CALLCENTER HAVE NO ANSWER, SOME TIMES THE SYSTEM IS NOT UPDATED & OTHER TIMES THEY JUST HANG UP
