[Resolved]  Reliance Consumer Finance — No shame/Regrets

I have a home loan with reliance already at 12 % emi and from december 08 they again anounced that rates will be increased to 12.5 whereas the RBI in the month of Nov and Dec reduced 2.5% intrest rates on Home loans.. and when i asked the same questions to reliance it went into deaf ears..not even a courtesy to call back and cocnvince me..shame on you and your management...

As i am already a victim i would like others to be more careful and do not ever choose an reliance Finance.. i will tell you trust me thEy have no courtesy..ZERO CUSTOMER MANAGEMENT...NOT CHALLENGINT IN THE MARKET.. LOOKS LIKE THEY WANT TO MAKE THE ENTIRE MONEY JUST WITH ONE OR 2 BAKARAS... AND LIVE A HAPPY LIFE...

ya i too agree with that, reliance dont have any management and worst customer care they increased 2 percent intrest value and even after the goverment reduced the intrest still the reliance havent, and dont know why these banking and the goverment dosent look on these matters of reliance ... never go for reliance consumer finance .
