[Resolved] Reliance Consumer Finance — False commitment
Myself, Jankit Shah, a resident from Ahmedabad. I am having a dream to buy a commercial shop for my future business and hence contacted their local branch's executive (Sandeep) for the required process to get the confirmed loan amount as per my existing salary structure. We communicated with each other many times before the process and after it. I had also paid Rs 2200 as your loan processing charges or some other charges (I do not remember). That executive has SMS me about the sanction of my loan request with its amount. Now the problem is that I had found the property as per the agreed loan amount (Rs 11.75 for commercial) and as I just mentioned above, I have already paid Rs 2200 for the same but I am trying to contact that execute his name is Sandeep since last many days but not able to get his reply. I know his cell is working fine because during my try, I got busy call message but then after he simply does not pick up the phone. And because of his this behaviour, I am getting nervous and feeling of fraud. It seems that Reliance does not train their executives properly like other companies does and he has cheated with me with nice words and false promises. I am clueless and found a solution to contact you by writing email. So please do needful. Regards Jankit Was this information helpful?
