Reliance — outgoing calls barred

My prepaid reliance mobile number [protected] outgoing calls are barred despite of its balance of 200 Rs. and validity upto Feb.2009 and inspite of repeated number of complaints to the customer care service my onsaid problem hasn't been sorted out.Everytime a false assurance is being made in lieu of my complain to the customer care that it will be sorted out within 24 to 72 hrs. Its been more than 5 days since I have made my first complaint and still no attention is paid towards it.I am completely fade up with customer care careless attitude .Also I would like to suggest that a complaint number must be given to the customer against a complaint registered so that further reference could be made through it.

My number is [protected]. Company has disconect my number without any reson, any notice. and reliance is not responsibal for it. If company is not connect my number within 12 hours I will go to CONSURE FORUM

My cell no is [protected] and my mobile validy was[protected] thats why i recharged my mobile on[protected] at 7 pm approx for RS 399 after recharging my incoming call facility was blocked also i hv lodged this complain in customer care but they are unable to resolve this pb.whenever we call in customercare they give assurance only but no action from that side.i really fed up the services which we are getting .

you are requested to kindly take necessary action for resolving the same.

I paid Rs.4500_/ by Cheque No.765187 dated 27th November 2008 of Oriental Bank of Commerce (Near Batra Hospital, New Delhi-110 062) for three new telephone connection (Plan 'One India'). The Cheque I paid on the name of RAJNI COMMUNICATION, who is the corporate agent of 'Relience Communication', as I knew. Now, it is 4th day after paying the amount, I did not get any response from the corporate agent or from 'Relience Communication'. The connection has not yet been activated. Please do the needful and also let me know the telephone number of concerned person in this regard in favour of 'Relience Communications'.

Nokia N 72 — not getting incoming calls from landlines

My mobile no [protected] recently i had purchased. from the day i have purchased i am not getting incoming calls from landlines.
same was informed to so many times to customer care 198. But they are not responded towards our satisfaction. every time i am online for 17 to 20 minutes.
I am facing so many problems with 198.

My Number is [protected]. Last 7 days the outgoing calls have been barred. It is a Lifetime validity card.

2 days before, i have recharged for Rs.100/- but, outgoing calls barred. why ? and also I am not able to do top up from my mobile.

sir, myself madhuri khopatkar.i recently recharged my cell wid 100 Rs balance and i made one call and i lost 24 Rs and i just talked for 2 min and 4o sec.plz do something abt this service this happens everytime.im fed up of this service plz do something abt this as soon as possible.

I will see only tomorrow and then i will go to consumer court at will take action against your excutives.

And i will not pay your bills.

My prepaid reliance mobile number is [protected]. Outgoing calls are barred despite of its balance of Rs. 255 and validity upto Jun-2009. plz solve my problem as soon as possible. your customer care is not responding this time

i am using reliance mobile([protected])for more than six month and in every fifteen days my call has been barged its a prepaid Sim with life time validity .But when ever i want to make call they replied talk to customer care and i cant even talk to the customer care because my services has deactivated and i have search for the person who's having the reliance mobile . so kindly please look in to this matter and try to solve my problem as soon as possible.

i have reliance ztenet connect and number is [protected]. i am since past 25 days calling customer care number and requesting everyone to activate the service on my number..it was barred without informing me..also i am using it in hyderabad now...i am very unhappy and i want service to my number to be activated in next 1day..if not terminate the service of my number...and i am not at all happy with service and lackadasical attitude of your supervisers also...my alternate number is [protected]...

Sir, kindly refer my tel.no.[protected], my teliphone has been shifted from post paid to pre paid after rechargin Rs 745/- from 14/12/08 my diposit with you is Rs.1000/- kindly adjust my present bill after diducting advance rent from 14/12/08 to 13/1/09 works out to Rs 825.25. Hello sir, I purchased the smart Sim([protected]) last month. After some days the Sim not working. When I am dialing from that number, I am getting information that please check operator service. When I am dialing from other mobile to that then getting, please contact customer care and this facility not available to you. I have submitted my document proof but that problem not solved. Please solve my problem immediately...
