Hi, I purchased Reliance Broadband+ on 04/06/2009 paid Rs.5000/- and given all the document Datacard activated on 26/06/2009 after 22 day’s Given compliant on 27/06/2009 Compliant numbers[protected] and[protected] Bill generated from 26/06/2009 to 08/07/2009 with in 13 day’s of Rs.620.40 usage of 51MB Datacard deactivated on 27/07/2009 Bill generated from 09/07/2009 to 08/08/2009 with in 18 day’s of Rs.1, 250 usage of peak – 150 MB and offpeak – 216 MB Issue not resolved, but bills are generating I have details of how much it’s connected and disconnected. Whenever I call customer care and I have been asked check now. So my usage has been updated. Used only for checking purpose I have sent so many emails to Rcomnodalofficer.[protected]@relianceada.com . But there is no reply. Tejashwini (nodal officer) informed me that she will check with network team and if issue continuous we will give the full amount. If resolved we will waived my bills. I prepared to put compliant in consumer court with all my documents. Daily I need to follow up customer care and others. But no reply and no one are picking my calls. I am calling Tejeshwini but no one picked this is my daily work for last week. I am getting call for the bill payment regularly. I have security deposit of Rs.1500 ( They are not ready to give back) Please help me Was this information helpful? | |
