Service is very poor
This is Amit I have purchase Desk top computer brand Acer and LG washing machine from reliance digital store, in oct 2011, as soon as I received the washing machine representative Named Krishna has come for installation and demonstration of WM and advice for plumbing as inlet hose of WM was unreachable to tap, after that representative has not yet come for further service. Now some days before in April I was out of station and I found that wire of speakers attached with desktop & outlet pipe of washing machine has been damaged by rats. I have immediately log a complaint to reliance digital store with Mr. Mahesh Dhok, he accelerate the complaint regarding to WM to LG service center and service engineer from LG has check the damaged hose pipe and suggested to change, but he told that I have to pay Rs.330 as service charges. I again inform the same to representative of reliance digital named Mr. Mahesh Dhok about the same.
Where as washing machine & desk top is till under warranty period, I have also got the extended warranty by paying Rs.1000 with reliance digital. Till date I not get the service to replace nor any representative even call me.
Please suggest how can I complaint against these people and to whom so as to resolve my query as soon as possible.
