[Resolved] Reliance Digital — Bad Post Sale Service | |
I bought LCD TV on 20th September from Hyderabad Reliance Digital Store. But I asked them to delivery it on 8th of October and then I called them to delivery the product on 1st October itself. After several follow up calls the product delivered on 6th October. The funny thing here is, the service persons and delivery boys gives a blank call to your contact number and you should call them back to answer their questions. They are lay man without any knowledge. If you are not careful, your product might delivery to different door also. Why because I got a call from the different house owner that they are delivering the products to them. After several calls to Service Center, finally on 9th October, the technician came to install the TV and realized that the bracket was not correct and told he will place it in 2 days but the 2 days is continuing for 2 weeks still I didn't get the bracket back. I am deeply regretting myself why I bought it from Reliance. I don’t know how long they will take to place the bracket. I am thinking now to go for Customer Court. I will suggest my friends and relatives to keep away from Reliance Digital, they are very poor in service. Was this information helpful? | |
