Old Crompton Greaves Geyser Supplied as new one

I had purchased a Crompton Greaves Geyser from Relinace Digital (Shipra – Ghaziabad) on 30-Oct-2011 and it has been delivered on 31st Oct 2011.

I got surprised when I came to know that I have been cheated, they have delivered an old Jul 2009 make Geyser. Even the star rating is not mentioned on it.

I have trusted these people first time and cheated.

After that i have reminded them manytimes with no result. Now i am forces to initiate legal process.
