Our Smart card no[protected] in the name of Mr.Jagannath. We had paid Rs.4560/- in the month of January 2011(4th) being the one year subscription for Platinum package which has 171 channels with one Regional Pack free. accordingly we selected Kannada Pack as the regional pack. in addition to above we had requested for Tamil pack by paying Rs.5/- per month for 12 months.The system worked for three months smoothly and all of a sudden entire tamil pack was Deactivated without any notice. when we made enquiry we were informed that we have requested for Kannada comedy channel as well as Ten sports.the money for Tmil channel has been adjusted again above channels which we have never requested. Both channels were deactivated after fighting for 15 days with your customer care dept.Now for the last one week we have been deprived of viewing Kannada channels.when we enquire with your customer care we have been informed that there is no balance in our account. we took lot of patience to explain to your executives about the plan. we could not satisfactory reply or explanation
and they are arguing on the same subject.they will ask us to be on the line and after sometime they will never come on the line.This futile exercise went on for SEVEN days and finally one Mr.Mahantesh was able to register our complaint vide no.[protected] dt.31.8.2011. we have been told that problem will be solved within 24 hours. we observe that nothing has been done since thia complaint. We take this opportunity to remind you to solve the problem immediately, otherwise we are forced to put the matter in News Paper and other media.
